Abstract

It is about a power generating apparatus using fluid, which can obtain maximum power from natural energy with converted rectilinear motion into rotary motion, such as water. As the present invention, the apparatus using fluid includes; a bucket to put fluid in for loading itself; an Opening-and-shutting valve, which installed under the bucket to control the direction of water; a controller of opening and shutting, which connected with the opening-and-shutting valve for opening and shutting the valve; a motion converter, which connected with the bucket for convert rectilinear motion of the bucket into rotary motion; as well as subsidiary equipments for connection for connect the bucket to the motion converter.

1 . A power generating apparatus using fluid including:
 A bucket to put fluid for loading itself;   An Opening-and-shutting valve, which installed under the bucket to control the direction of water;   A controller, which connected with the opening-and-shutting valve for opening and shutting the valve;   A motion converter, which connected with the bucket for make rectilinear motion of the bucket converted into rotary motion;   As well as subsidiary materials for connection for connect the bucket to the motion converter.

 The power generating apparatus using fluid is configured to have the opening-and-shutting valve is configured to have more than one connecting subsidiary material which selected from the group consisted by bars, ropes, pipes, and also chains.   
     
     
         3 . According to  claim 1 ,
 The power generating apparatus using fluid is configured to have a crankshaft as a motion converter.   
     
     
         4 . According to  claim 3 ,
 The power generating apparatus using fluid is configured to have the crankshaft has connecting load and the bucket connected to the connecting load through the connecting subsidiary materials.   
     
     
         5 . According to  claim 1 ,
 The power generating apparatus using fluid is configured to have the connecting subsidiary material is configured to have more than one connecting subsidiary material which selected from the group consisted by bars, ropes, pipes, and also chains.   
     
     
         6 . According to  claim 1 ,
 The power generating apparatus using fluid is configured to have the opening-and-shutting valve selected from the group consisted by butterfly valve, crown valve, and also blind valve.
