Abstract
It is an object of the invention to create a sailing yacht having a heeling hull body part and a non-heeling hull body part, which sailing yacht, with regard to the heeling hull body part, can be sailed in the conventional manner and, with regard to the non-heeling hull body part, ensures all the clear advantages of a substantially horizontally-remaining alignment when used preferably as a cabin, galley and/or cockpit, and which sailing yacht thereby offers the greatest possible comfort when sailing, in particular when residing below deck, and can be converted in a simple manner into a pure motorboat. The object is achieved according to the invention in that both the mast ( 2 ) and also the keel ( 3 ) are in each case arranged so as to be rigidly connected to the first, heeling hull body part ( 1.1 ), and in that the first hull body part ( 1.1 ) which supports the mast-keel combination ( 2, 3 ) is articulatedly connected to the non-heeling, second hull body part ( 1.2 ), which does not support a mast-keel combination, by means of a revolute joint ( 4 ), which is preferably formed as a double-ring rolling bearing, so as to be pivotable by a rotational angle (a) about the bow-stern axis (L).

Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht having a hull body ( 1 ) extending longitudinally in the direction of the axis (L) between bow and stern, having at least one first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) and at least one second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) as well as having at least one mast-keel combination ( 2 , 3 ) comprising a mast ( 2 ) above the constructional water line of the hull body ( 1 ) and a keel ( 3 ) provided below the constructional water line of the hull body ( 1 ), the mast ( 2 ) and the keel ( 3 ) being rigidly non-positively interconnected and wherein the mast-keel combination ( 2 , 3 ) is articulatedly connected by way of a revolute joint in relation to at least one of the hull body parts ( 1 . 1 , 1 . 2 ), wherein the mast ( 2 ) as well as the keel ( 3 ) are each rigidly connected to the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) and that the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) carrying the mast-keel combination ( 2 , 3 ) is articulatedly connected by a pivoting angle a about the bow-stern axis (L) by way of the revolute joint to the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) which does not carry the mast-keel combination ( 2 , 3 ).
2 . Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) is designed as a forebody in the bow part and that the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) is designed as an afterbody in the stern part.

Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the revolute joint articulatedly connecting the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) to the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) takes the form of a suitably dimensioned and designed double-ring rolling bearing ( 4 ), in particular a ball bearing, cylinder or conical roller bearing adapted to absorb axial and/or radial forces, a first outermost ring ( 4 . 1 ) being fitted to the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ), preferably in the region of the ribs and a second innermost ring ( 4 . 2 ) being fitted to the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ).

Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) is designed as a plug-in module, the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) being provided with a plug-in stud ( 9 . 1 ) positioned on an outwards-facing part located in the bow-stern longitudinal axis L and engaging into a plug-in bush ( 9 . 2 ), internally formed on the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) located in the bow-stern longitudinal axis L and that in the interior of the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) a utility space ( 10 ), in particular adapted as sleeping cabin or as steering cockpit or as dining galley is provided, a forebody embracing an anteroom ( 10 . 1 ) of the utility space ( 10 ), projecting on the bow side into a corresponding rebate ( 11 ) of the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) being fixed to parts of the second innermost ring ( 4 . 2 ) and preferably being formed by means of one of the cylindrical bodies of rotation flanged to that second innermost ring on the bow-side portion and that a rear space ( 10 . 2 ) of the utility space ( 10 ) provided on the stern side thereof is fixed to parts of the second innermost ring ( 4 . 2 ) and is preferably formed by means of one of the cylindrical bodies of rotation flanged to that innermost ring ( 4 . 2 ) on the stern side, the passageway between the anteroom ( 10 . 1 ) and the rear space ( 10 . 2 ) being ensured by the ring aperture ( 4 . 3 ) provided in the interior of the second innermost ring ( 4 . 2 ).

Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 4 , wherein the utility space ( 10 ) is mounted freely pivotally movably inside the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) to parts of the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) by way of at least two revolute joints positioned in the bow-stern axis L and wherein the anteroom ( 10 . 1 ) provided on the bow side is accommodated in a matching rebate on the bow side of the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) and wherein the rear space ( 10 . 2 ) provided on the stern side is accommodated in a rebate of the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) correspondingly positioned on the stern side.

Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) includes a drive motor means and that the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) can be decoupled from the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) and, combined with a plug-on motorboat bow part 18 , can be converted into a pure motorboat.

Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the mast ( 2 ) for purposes of embracing in furcate manner the central region of the deck planking of the vessel of the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) is of furcate configuration and by means of a first furcation limb ( 2 . 10 ) of the mast is fixed in the region of the outer wall on the port-side of the hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) and by means of a second furcation limb ( 2 . 2 ) of the mast is fitted in the region of the outer wall on the starboard side of the hull body part ( 1 . 1 ), preferably each in the region of the ribs or to the ribs as such.

Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the furcation limbs ( 2 . 1 , 2 . 2 ) of the mast ( 2 ), below a furcation region ( 2 . 3 ) of the mast, are configured initially with a continuous concavity in outward direction of the vessel and above the respective fixation regions ( 2 . 1 . 1 , 2 . 2 . 1 ) of the respective mast limbs with a continuous convexity inwardly towards the vessel.

Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the furcation limbs ( 2 . 1 , 2 . 2 ) of the mast are each composed of at least two individual mast profiles ( 2 . 1 . 01 , 2 . 1 . 02 ), wherein the respective spacing of the mast profiles which in the fixation regions ( 2 . 1 . 1 , 2 . 2 . 1 ) of the mast limbs are separate and spaced apart, tapers continuously in the direction towards the tip of the mast, the mast profiles jointly merge into the tip of the mast and wherein the furcation limbs ( 2 . 1 , 2 . 2 ) of the mast composed of the mast profiles converge conically towards the mast tip with a rearwardly convexly curved configuration.

Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the furcation limbs ( 2 . 1 , 2 . 2 ) of the mast are each composed of at least two individual mast profiles ( 2 . 1 . 01 , 2 . 1 . 02 ), wherein the respective spacing of the mast profiles ( 2 . 1 . 01 , 2 . 1 . 02 ) which in the fixation regions ( 2 . 1 . 1 , 2 . 2 . 1 ) of the mast limbs are separate and spaced apart, tapers continuously in the direction towards the tip of the mast, the mast profiles ( 2 . 1 . 01 , 2 . 1 . 02 ) jointly merge in the furcation region 2 . 3 of the mast and wherein the furcation limbs ( 2 . 1 , 2 . 2 ) of the mast converge conically towards the mast tip with a rearwardly convexly curved configuration.

Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein between the furcation limbs ( 2 . 1 , 2 . 2 ) of the mast, the mast profiles ( 2 . 1 . 01 , 2 . 1 . 02 ) respectively, serving as a transverse beam, a cross member which is concavely curved in upward direction towards the tip of the mast is fitted, preferably by way of cross-beam brackets 16 and wherein preferably a fixable fixation fitting 15 is provided freely slidably along the cross member ( 14 ).

Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein in the furcation region 2 . 3 of the mast a revolute joint 2 . 3 . 1 is provided, to which with its upper end a swivel mast 2 . 3 . 2 is linked and wherein the lower end of the swivel mast 2 . 3 . 2 is fitted to a fixation member 15 which is guided laterally slidably on the cross member 14 formed as a cross beam and having a concave curvature in accordance with the radial length of the swivel mast 2 . 3 . 2 and wherein to the fixation member 15 a boom linkage (gooseneck) 6 . 1 of the main sail 6 is fitted.
13 . Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the front portion of the main sail 6 over the entire region of the swivel mast 2 . 3 . 2 is guided in a groove of the swivel mast 2 . 3 . 2 .
14 . Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the cross members 16 are provided slidably and fixable along the furcation limbs ( 2 . 1 , 2 . 2 ) of the mast or the mast profiles ( 2 . 1 . 01 , 2 . 1 . 02 ) respectively.
15 . Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the sail ( 6 ) at the lowermost part of the sail front portion (Vorliek) is clamped into the fixation member ( 15 ).
16 . Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the keel ( 3 ) which is rigidly connected to the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) also passes underneath the adjoining second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ).

Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) is designed as a utility space, in particular as a sleeping cabin or as a cockpit or as a dining galley, and that the so designed second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) is mounted freely rotatably by way of two revolute joints, in particular by way of a revolute joint in the form of a double-ring rolling bearing ( 4 ) and by way of a revolute joint designed as a plug-in bearing ( 9 ) to components located in the bow-stern axis L within the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ), the first outermost ring ( 4 . 1 ) of the double-ring rolling bearing ( 4 ) being connected in fixed relationship to the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) and wherein the second innermost ring ( 4 . 2 ) of the double-ring rolling bearing ( 4 ) is connected in fixed relationship to the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ), a plug-in stud ( 9 . 1 ) of the plug-in bearing ( 9 ) being formed on the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) and a bush ( 9 . 2 ) for the plug-in stud being formed on the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ).
18 . Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 17 , wherein the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) is designed as a utility space accommodated essentially inside the peripheral dimensions of the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ).
19 . Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 17 , wherein on the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) on the bottom side a stabilizing ballast ( 7 ) is provided, preferably designed as a stabilizing ballast plate and/or a motor-driven adjustment device is provided on the revolute joint.
20 . Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein on the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) at least one separate, additional keel ( 5 ) is provided, preferably carrying stabilizing ballast.
21 . Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the pivotal movement brought about due to heeling by way of a revolute joint between the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) and the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) or between the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) and the utility space ( 10 ) can be prevented by an arresting device which is at any time releasable.
22 . Sailing vessel, in particular sailing yacht according to claim 1 , wherein the relative pivotal movement brought about due to heeling by way of a revolute joint between the first hull body part ( 1 . 1 ) and the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) or between the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) and the utility space ( 10 ) can be controlled by way of servomotors in such a manner that the second hull body part ( 1 . 2 ) and/or the utility space ( 10 ) always remain non-heeling in absolutely horizontal orientation.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
