Abstract

A method of treating cancer is described including administration of a 4-quinazolineamine and at least one other anti-neoplastic agent as well as a pharmaceutical combination including the 4-quinazolineamines.

1 . A method of treating breast cancer in a mammal, comprising administering to said mammal a therapeutically effective amount of:
 (a) a compound of formula II:   
     
       
         
         
             
             
         
       
     
     or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and
 (b) 5-fluorouracil. 
 
   
   
       2 . The method of  claim 1 , wherein the mammal is human.
