Abstract
A support apparatus for wheeled luggage, comprising a luggage case and a frame member, wherein the frame member further comprises a first frame having two main legs and multiple wheels, and a second frame having multiple pivot fasteners and multiple wheels. When pulling the second frame, the second frame and the first frame will be unfolded to form in a shape of cross, so that the structure of the luggage case and the frame member will transform into a platform type, the users do not need to bend down their back or squat down to sort out the articles in the luggage case; furthermore, since the wheels are pivoted to the bottom ends of the first frame and second frame, so that the stability of the wheels is secured.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A wheeled luggage, comprising:
a luggage case having a pull handle, a plurality of first pivot seats and second pivot seats; and a frame member having a first frame and second frame, wherein the first frame further comprises two main legs and multiple wheels, and the second frame further comprises multiple pivot fasteners and multiple wheels; the main legs of the first frame are pivoted to the first pivot seats of the luggage case, and the both ends of the second frame are pivoted to the second pivot seats of the luggage case; meanwhile, multiple pivot fasteners are fastened the second frame to the main legs of the first frame pivotally, from the outside of the second frame.

A wheeled luggage as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first frame further comprises a U-shaped pivot rod and multiple horizontal racks; the horizontal racks of the first frame are connected between the two main legs which pivotally attached with the U-shaped pivot rod, and the bottom of the U-shaped pivot rod is extended to the position of the horizontal rack; in addition, the both ends of the U-shaped pivot rod are fastened to the first pivot seats of the luggage case pivotally.
3 . A wheeled luggage as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the pull handle comprises multiple stacked-up hand-griped pieces installed on the top of the pull handle, provided a rotatable movement relative to the pull handle.
4 . A wheeled luggage as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the pull handle is installed above the luggage case with a design of fixed type.
5 . A wheeled luggage as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the pull handle is installed above the luggage case with a design of telescopic type.Cited by (0)
