Abstract
In a narrow used paper processing space of a used paper recycling apparatus of furniture size, this is a dewatering device for executing smoothly and efficiently a dewatering process as a principal component of a paper making process for manufacturing used paper pulp. Being disposed in a linkage location between a mesh belt and a smooth surface belt, and configured to roll and squeeze the mesh belt and the smooth surface belt from the upper and lower sides in a compressed state, the apparatus includes a preliminary dewatering roll unit for squeezing and dewatering preliminarily the wet paper on the mesh belt, and a final dewatering roll unit for squeezing and dewatering the wet paper on the mesh belt preliminarily dewatered in the preliminary dewatering roll unit to obtain dry paper of specified water content. Therefore, in a very narrow used paper processing space of a used paper recycling apparatus of furniture size, the dewatering process in the paper making process for manufacturing used paper pulp can be executed smoothly and very efficiently.

A dewatering device of a used paper recycling apparatus for composing a dewatering unit of a paper making unit for manufacturing recycled paper by making from used paper pulp manufactured in a pulp making unit in a preceding process, in a used paper recycling apparatus of furniture size to be installed at the site of origin of the used paper,
being formed as dewatering roll means disposed at a linkage part between a paper making net conveyor unit for making wet paper by making from the slurry-type pulp suspension mixed of used paper pulp and water sent from the pulp making unit, and a drying belt conveyor unit for obtaining recycled paper by drying the wet paper made and formed in the paper making net conveyor unit, for squeezing and dewatering the wet paper on the mesh belt, by rolling and squeezing a mesh belt of the paper making net conveyor unit and a smooth surface belt of the drying belt conveyor unit, from both upper and lower sides in a compressed state, wherein this dewatering roll means includes at least a preliminary dewatering roll unit for squeezing and dewatering preliminarily the wet paper on the mesh belt, and a final dewatering roll unit for squeezing and dewatering the wet paper on the mesh belt preliminarily dewatered in the preliminary dewatering roll unit to obtain dry paper of specified water content.
2 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 1 ,
wherein the preliminary squeezing force of the preliminary dewatering roll unit for preliminarily squeezing and dewatering the wet paper on the mesh belt is set so that the water content of the wet paper on the mesh belt after the preliminary dewatering process may be in a range of 80 to 75%.
3 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 1 ,
wherein the preliminary dewatering roll unit includes a preliminary squeezing roll pair consisting of a preliminary dewatering roll for rolling on the mesh belt from the lower side, and a preliminary press roll for rolling and pressurizing on the smooth surface belt from the upper side in cooperation with the preliminary dewatering roll, and by the preliminary squeezing roll pair, the mesh belt and the smooth surface belt are rolled and squeezed from the upper and lower sides in a compressed state at a specified preliminary pressure force, so that the water content in the wet paper on the mesh belt is preliminarily removed.
4 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 3 ,
wherein the preliminary press roll is a cylindrical roll made of a material of high rigidity.
5 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 3 ,
wherein the preliminary press roll has an elastic layer made of hard rubber formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical roll made of a material of high rigidity.
6 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 3 ,
wherein the preliminary dewatering roll is a cylindrical roll made of a material of high rigidity.
7 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 3 ,
wherein the preliminary dewatering roll has an elastic layer made of soft rubber formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical roll made of a material of high rigidity.

wherein the preliminary dewatering roll has a water absorbing layer made of a water absorbing material formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical roll made of a material of high rigidity.

wherein the water absorbing layer is made of a porous material having fine continuous pores.
10 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 8 ,
wherein the water absorbing layer is made of a fine fiber material having a bundled structure of ultra-fine fibers.
11 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 10 ,
wherein the water absorbing layer is made of Clarino.
12 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 1 ,
wherein the final squeezing pressure force of the final dewatering roll unit for squeezing and dewatering the wet paper on the mesh belt is set so that the water content of the dry paper on the mesh belt after the final dewatering process may be in a range of 70 to 65%.
13 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 1 ,
wherein the final dewatering roll unit includes at least one set of a set of final squeezing roll pair consisting of a final dewatering roll for rolling on the mesh belt from the lower side, and a final press roll for rolling and pressurizing on the smooth surface belt from the upper side in cooperation with this final dewatering roll, and by this final squeezing roll pair, the mesh belt and the smooth surface belt are rolled and squeezed from the upper and lower sides in a compressed state at a specified final pressure force, so that the water content in the wet paper on the mesh belt is finally removed, and dry paper of a desired water content may be obtained.
14 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 13 ,
wherein the squeezing force of the final squeezing roll pair in the final dewatering roll unit is set at a same magnitude.
15 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 13 ,
wherein the squeezing force of the final squeezing roll pair in the final dewatering roll unit is to be greater gradually from the upstream side to the downstream side of the array direction.

wherein the final press roll is a cylindrical roll made of a material of high rigidity.

wherein by the angle defining means, the inclination angle of the mesh belt and the smooth surface belt is set at 1 to 20 degrees.

wherein the angle defining means includes a mesh belt guide roll for defining the insertion angle of the mesh belt into the preliminary dewatering roll unit by rolling on the mesh belt from the lower side, and a smooth surface belt guide roll for defining the insertion angle of the smooth surface belt into the preliminary dewatering roll unit by rolling on the smooth surface belt from the upper side.
25 . The dewatering device of the used paper recycling apparatus of claim 24 ,
wherein the mesh belt guide roll has a dewatering roll made of a porous material of fine continuous pores, formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical roll made of a material of high rigidity.

wherein the smooth surface belt guide roll is a cylindrical roll made of a material of high rigidity.

A used paper recycling apparatus comprising, in an apparatus case of furniture size to be installed at the site of origin of used paper, a pulp making unit for manufacturing used paper pulp by macerating and beating used paper, a paper making unit for manufacturing recycled paper by making from the used paper pulp manufactured in this pulp making unit, and a control unit for driving and controlling the pulp making unit and the paper making unit in cooperation,
