Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A device for treating milk contained in a container, comprising:
at least one heat source for heating a container holding milk wherein the heat source comprises an airbath, a device for setting the container in motion and exposing the container in motion to the heat source for a defined period of time, and a cooling source for cooling the milk.
2 . A device as in claim 1 , wherein the cooling source comprises a waterbath.
3 . A device as in claim 1 , wherein the container in motion is immersed by the device into an air stream of the airbath.
4 . A device as in claim 3 , wherein the container immersed into the airbath is rotated by the device.
5 . A device as in claim 3 , wherein the airbath comprises a chamber having an opening for receiving the container and wherein the air stream is passed into the chamber.
6 . A device as in claim 1 , further comprising a temperature probe for monitoring a temperature of the milk.
7 . A device as in claim 6 , further comprising a receptacle for the container and wherein the temperature probe is fastened non-corotatingly to the receptacle.
8 . A device as in claim 7 , wherein the temperature probe is fastened resiliently to the receptacle.
9 . A device as in claim 1 , further comprising a receptacle for the container, said receptacle arranged for horizontal and vertical movement and having a rotary drive for said container.
10 . A device as in claim 9 , wherein the receptacle comprises a locking securement means for the container.Cited by (0)
