Abstract

A hair fastening device includes a support for the gasping of a hand of a person, a plurality of teeth perpendicularly extended from one side of the support in a parallel manner for separating strands of hair, a plurality of serrated or wave-like anti-slip elements each situated on one tooth and extending along the length of the respective tooth, and a plurality of arched leaf springs, each having a serrated or wave-like configuration and attached to one tooth in proximity to one anti-slip element for clasping hair passing therebetween.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A hair fastening device, comprising:
a support for the gasping of a hand of a person; a plurality of teeth perpendicularly extended from one side of said support in a parallel manner for separating strands of hair; a plurality of anti-slip elements, each situated on one of said teeth and extending along the length of the respective tooth; and a plurality of arched leaf springs, each attached to one of said teeth in proximity to one said anti-slip element for clasping hair passing therebetween.

2 . The hair fastening device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said anti-slip elements and said arched leaf springs have a wave-like configuration.

3 . The hair fastening device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said anti-slip elements and said arched leaf springs have a serrated configuration.

4 . The hair fastening device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each said arched leaf spring defines with the adjacent tooth an opening for the passing of hair.

5 . The hair fastening device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said teeth are formed integral with said support.

6 . The hair fastening device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said support and said teeth are separately made and then fastened together.

7 . The hair fastening device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said leaf springs are made of an elastic material.

8 . The hair fastening device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said anti-slip elements and said arched leaf springs have grooves and ribs formed thereon.

9 . The hair fastening device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said anti-slip elements are serrated, and each said arched leaf spring has a smoothly surface.

         10 . A hair fastening device, comprising:
a support for the gasping of a hand of a person; a plurality of teeth perpendicularly extended from one side of said support in a parallel manner for separating strands of hair; and a plurality of arched leaf springs, each attached to one of said teeth in proximity to one adjacent tooth.

11 . The hair fastening device as claimed in claim 10 , wherein each said arched leaf spring is serrated.

12 . The hair fastening device as claimed in claim 10 , wherein each said arched leaf spring has a smooth surface.

13 . The hair fastening device as claimed in claim 10 , wherein each said arched leaf spring has a wave-like configuration.
