Abstract

A method for treating a coagulation deficient patient comprises administering an amount of polyP to the patient sufficient to reduce the PT Test value or Dilute PT Test value of the plasma of the patient.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
. A method for treating a coagulation deficient patient, comprising administering an amount of polyP to the patient sufficient to reduce a PT Test value or a Dilute PT Test value of plasma of the patient.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the polyP is polyP n , and n is at least 25.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the polyP is polyP n , and n is 25-1000.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the polyP is polyP n , and n is 25-100.

.- 9 . (canceled)

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the patient has hemophilia.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the patient had previously been administered an anticoagulant.

. (canceled)

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the polyP is administered by injection.

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the polyP is administered intravenously.

.- 17 . (canceled)

. The method of claim 1 , wherein the polyP is polyP n , and n is 25-100,
the PT Test value or Dilute PT Test value of the plasma of the patient is reduced to less than 1.5 times greater than the PT Test value or Dilute PT Test value of pooled normal plasma, and the polyP is administered intravenously.

. (canceled)

. A method of reducing the effects of anticoagulant therapy on a patient, comprising administering polyP to the patient.

. The method of claim 20 , wherein the polyP is polyP n , and n is at least 25.

. The method of claim 20 , wherein the polyP is polyP n , and n is 25-1000.

. The method of claim 20 , wherein the polyP is polyP n , and n is 25-100.

- 28 . (canceled)

. The method of claim 20 , wherein the patient previously been administered an anticoagulant.

. (canceled)

. The method of claim 20 , wherein the polyP is administered by injection.

. The method of claim 20 , wherein the polyP is administered intravenously.

.- 37 . (canceled)

. A method of treating hemophilia in a patient, comprising administering polyP to the patient.

. The method of claim 38 wherein the polyP is polyP n , and n is at least 25.

. The method of claim 38 , wherein the polyP is polyP n , and n is 25-1000.

. The method of claim 38 , wherein the polyP is polyP n , and n is 25-100.

.- 56 . (canceled)
