Abstract
A winger bucket includes: a bucket body, a dewatering basket and a propelling unit; wherein the propelling unit further comprises; a base, a big gear wheel, a pail pedal, a circular arc gear wheel, a return spring, a rotating axle, a small gear wheel, and an unilateral bearing device, installed on the rotating axle under the small gear wheel, driven in one direction by the small gear wheel thus rotating the rotating axle and the dewatering basket in the same direction. In this structure, the dewatering basket can be rotated freely in a same direction.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A wringer bucket, comprising:
a) a bucket body, having a top surface substantially in a form of an opening, and a bottom surface having a internal space at the lateral side; b) a dewatering basket, having a plurality of dewatering holes disposed at the periphery and the dewatering basket being disposed in opposition to the top of the internal space; c) a propelling unit, being installed in the internal space, for propelling the dewatering basket; wherein the propelling unit further comprising; a) a base, having two supporting shafts and forming a first hole and a second hole, wherein the supporting shafts disposed on both sides of the base, two axial holes being formed in opposition on the top of the supporting shafts; b) a big gear wheel, wherein a linked bevel gear disposed on the top of the big wheel, and the big gear wheel positioned on the first hole by an fixing axle; c) a pail pedal, having an axial tube therein, the pail pedal positioned on the axial hole by a screw, and a positioning surface stretched from a side of the pail pedal toward the bottom; d) a circular arc gear wheel, fixed at the positioning surface, wherein the circular arc gear wheel meshed with the bevel gear; e) a return spring, disposed on the axial tube, wherein a first extremity positioned on the supporting shaft and the second extremity positioned on the pail pedal; f) a rotating axle, the bottom of the rotating axle installed on the second hole and the top of the rotating axle connected with the dewatering basket, for rotating the dewatering basket freely; g) a small gear wheel, installed in the middle of the rotating axle nevertheless the motion of the small gear wheel and the rotating axle do not rotate synchronously, the small gear wheel meshed with the big gear wheel thus driven by the big gear wheel; and h) an unilateral bearing device, installed on the rotating axle under the small gear wheel, driven in one direction by the small gear wheel thus rotating the rotating axle and the dewatering basket in the same direction.
2 . The wringer bucket of claim 1 , wherein the winger basket further comprises a handle.
3 . The wringer bucket of claim 1 , wherein the first extremity is a hook.
4 . The wringer bucket of claim 1 , wherein the propelling unit further comprises a fixed element installed under the bottom of the big gear wheel.Cited by (0)
