Clothlike non-woven fibrous structures and processes for making same

Abstract

Fibrous structures, more particularly non-woven fibrous structures that exhibit properties that consumers associate with cloths, sanitary tissue products incorporating such fibrous structures and processes for making such fibrous structures are provided.

1 . A non-woven fibrous structure that exhibits clothlike properties. 
     
     
         2 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure comprises a plurality of naturally occurring fibers. 
     
     
         3 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure comprises a plurality of non-naturally occurring fibers. 
     
     
         4 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure comprises a plurality of naturally occurring fibers and a plurality of non-naturally occurring fibers. 
     
     
         5 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure comprises an air laid fibrous structure. 
     
     
         6 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure comprises a wet laid fibrous structure. 
     
     
         7 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure exhibits a Wet Caliper of greater than 23 mils. 
     
     
         8 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure exhibits a Flex Modulus of less than about 0.25 GM Bmean. 
     
     
         9 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure exhibits a dry caliper of greater than 31 mils. 
     
     
         10 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure exhibits a VFS of greater than 9.6 g/g. 
     
     
         11 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure exhibits a basis weight of less than about 120 g/m 2 . 
     
     
         12 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure comprises an embossment. 
     
     
         13 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure comprises a tuft. 
     
     
         14 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure comprises two or more regions that exhibit different densities. 
     
     
         15 . The non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1  wherein the non-woven fibrous structure comprises a surface comprising undulations. 
     
     
         16 . A single- or multi-ply sanitary tissue product comprising a non-woven fibrous structure according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         17 . The sanitary tissue product according to  claim 13  wherein the sanitary tissue product is in roll form.
