Structure for Sport Board

Abstract

An improved structure for a sport board comprises: a first layer, which is a low density foam layer and has a first surface and a second surface; a second layer, which is a hardened layer, a first surface of the second layer being joined the second surface of the first layer; a third layer, which is a low density foam layer, a first surface of the third layer being joined a second surface of the second layer; and a cover layer, which is a waterproof layer, a first surface of the cover layer being completely joined the first surface of the first layer and a second surface of the third layer.

1 . An improved structure for a sport board comprising:
 a first layer, which is a low density foam layer and has a first surface and a second surface;   a second layer, which is a hardened layer, a first surface of the second layer being joined the second surface of the first layer;   a third layer, which is a low density foam layer, a first surface of the third layer being joined a second surface of the second layer; and
 a cover layer, which is a waterproof layer, a first surface of the cover layer being completely joined the first surface of the first layer and a second surface of the third layer. 
   
     
     
         2 . The improved structure for the sport board according to  claim 1 , wherein the sport board is selected from the group consisting of:
 snowboard, turfski, sailboard, and floating board.   
     
     
         3 . The improved structure for the sport board according to  claim 1 , wherein a second surface of the cover layer is roughed and is corresponding to the first surface of the cover layer. 
     
     
         4 . The improved structure for the sport board according to  claim 1 , wherein the hardened layer is selected from the group consisting of: hollow layer, tube member and plate member. 
     
     
         5 . The improved structure for the sport board according to  claim 3 , wherein the outer surface of the second surface of the cover layer is a colorful layer with at least one pattern. 
     
     
         6 . The improved structure for the sport board according to  claim 3 , wherein the outer surface of the second surface of the cover layer is a colorful layer with at least one pattern, a skidproof layer wrapping around the colorful layer with the pattern. 
     
     
         7 . The improved structure for the sport board according to  claim 3 , wherein the outer surface of the second surface of the cover layer is wrapped around by a skidproof layer.
