An apparatus to keep toilet seat at upright position can be installed onto a toilet seat to keep it at upright position by the mechanism of seesaw and the toilet seat can be pushed to horizontal position by hand. This apparatus to keep toilet seat at upright position can prevent toilet seat from getting wet by urine when man urinates.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . Apparatus to keep toilet seat at upright position comprising a griper, one bolt with one nut, one lever rod with one nut and a heavy weight.

2 . Apparatus to keep toilet seat at upright position of claim 1 wherein said a griper consists of a pair of plates. Wherein said a pair of plates consist of two plates which face each other and connect together by one mutual hinge to make a griper. Wherein said two plates are two long plates which are long enough to catch a good portion of side of rear part of toilet seat from the edge of top of toilet. Wherein said two long plates have rings of hinge on one end of each plate. Wherein said two long plates each has one central canal near said mutual hinge.

3 . Apparatus to keep toilet seat at upright position of claim 1 wherein said one bolt with one nut consists of one bolt and one nut. Wherein said bolt can pass through said central canal near said mutual hinge of claims 2 and is longer than the sum of thickness of said toilet seat of claim 2 , thickness of said two long plates of claim 2 and thickness of said nut. Wherein said nut can screw onto said bolt.

4 . Apparatus to keep toilet seat at upright position of claim 1 wherein said one lever rod with one nut consists of one lever rod and one nut. Wherein said lever rod has a front threaded end and a rear threaded end. Wherein said front threaded end can pass through said rings of hinge of said two long plates of claim 2 . Wherein said rear threaded end can screw into said heavy weight of claim 1 . Wherein said nut can screw onto said front threaded end of lever rod to fasten said two long plates onto said lever rod to make said griper of claim 2 .

5 . Apparatus to keep toilet seat at upright position of claim 1 wherein said heavy weight is a heavy block which is made of metal or other heavy materials and has a central threaded canal. Wherein said central threaded canal can screw onto said rear threaded end of lever rod of claim 3 and can turn forward or backward on said lever rod of claims 1 and 3 .
