Abstract

An article of clothing ( 14 ), such as shorts ( 2 ), shirts ( 7 ), leggings ( 10 ), arm sleeves ( 11 ), etc., having an outer layer of material ( 3 ) and an inner non-permeable liner ( 1 ) that either temporarily attaches to the outer layer by a temporary attachment means ( 15 ) or permanently attaches to the outer layer by a permanent attachment means ( 16 ). The inner non-permeable liner prevents topical creams applied to a user's skin from evaporating off of the user's skin. The inner non-permeable liner is available in different shapes to cover the different areas of the skin that patients have hair removed from. The outer layer is preferably made out of a material having elastomeric qualities that will ensure that the non-permeable liner is pressed firmly against the skin of a user. The outer perimeter ( 13 ) of the non-permeable liner may have a raised edge ( 4 ) and/or elastic ( 5 ) to ensure that the any cream applied to the skin of a user does not escape out of the sides of the non-permeable liner.

 an outer layer of material; and   an inner non-permeable liner.

 a raised edge located around a perimeter of the non-permeable liner.
