Abstract

Described is a conveying device for conveying hot, vaporizing liquids, solids and gases in a common conveying flow, which conveying device also allows heating the circuit by means of power loss, masters the cavitation and the contamination of the bearings and seals, and allows a high service life.

A sludge reactor pump for simultaneously conveying solids, liquids, vapors and gases, with a conveying path extending over a first and second stage, with an axis, and with a centrifugal force acting on the conveying path, characterized in that the conveying path extends axially from the first into the second stage and that the conveying path of the vaporizing liquids and solids is deflected with respect to the axial conveying path of the gases from the outside to the inside by means of a guiding chamber arranged between the first and second stage, wherein on the circumference of the first stage, boreholes are formed in the guiding chamber, through which boreholes, liquids and solids can get into the guiding chamber, that in the guiding chamber a plurality of guiding devices are formed which guide the liquid and solids from the outside to the inside, and that in the inside, a mixture inlet is formed through which liquids and solids can get into the second stage, and wherein inside the first stage, a gas outlet is formed through which the gas can get axially into the guiding chamber and through the mixture inlet into the second stage. 
     
     
         2 . The sludge reactor pump according to  claim 1 , characterized in that a bearing and a sealing on both sides of the pump takes place with a specific overpressure to the intake and outlet side of the sludge reactor pump in the cooled circuit. 
     
     
         3 . The sludge reactor pump according to  claim 2 , characterized in that a fan for recooling is provided. 
     
     
         4 . The sludge reactor pump according to  claim 1 , characterized in that on one or both sides of the sludge reactor pump, at the inlet, outlet, or both sides, loop reactors are mounted. 
     
     
         5 . The sludge reactor pump according to  claim 1 , characterized in that an electric motor is coupled thereto. 
     
     
         6 . A method for simultaneously conveying solids, liquids, vapors and gases with a sludge reactor pump by means of which gases are conveyed on an axial conveying path from a first stage into a second stage, characterized in that vaporizing liquids and solids are conveyed from the first into the second stage via a detour from the outside to the inside in a guiding chamber arranged between the first and second stage.
