Abstract

A multi-play, multi-percentage payout casino game is disclosed. The casino game utilizes a plurality of balls, such as a first ball and a second ball, a gaming area including a plurality of betting areas to accept one or more tokens; and a roulette wheel including a plurality of ball receiving areas. The first ball includes at least one distinguishable physical property from that of the second ball. The at least one distinguishable physical property is indicative of a first payout percentage on a first wager and a second payout percentage on a second wager of one or more of the first and second ball being received in a receiving sector. In one embodiment, a value of the first payout percentage is different than that of the second payout percentage.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A multi-play, multi-percentage payout casino game comprising:
 a plurality of balls comprising a first ball and a second ball;   a plurality of ball receiving areas comprising a first receiving sector and a second receiving sector;   a gaming area comprising a plurality of betting areas to accept one or more tokens indicative of a first wager and a second wager placed on at least one of the plurality of balls being received by at least one of the plurality of ball receiving areas; and   a roulette wheel rotably disposed, the roulette wheel comprising the plurality of ball receiving areas; wherein the first ball comprises at least one distinguishable physical property from that of the second ball; wherein the at least one distinguishable physical property indicates a first payout percentage of a first wager payout upon the first ball received by the first receiving sector and a second payout percentage of a second wager payout upon the second ball received by the first receiving sector; and wherein value of the first payout percentage is different than that of the second payout percentage.   
     
     
         2 . The game of  claim 1 , wherein the first wager payout comprises odds of a winning payout achieved when one of the plurality of balls received a first value in the gaming area identified by one or more tokens; and wherein the second wager payout comprises odds of a winning payout achieved when one of the plurality of balls received a second value in the gaming area identified by the one or more tokens. 
     
     
         3 . The game of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one distinguishable physical property comprises at least one of the plurality of balls having a first outer diameter and at least one of the plurality of balls having a second outer diameter; wherein the first outer diameter comprises a value larger than that of the second outer diameter. 
     
     
         4 . The game of  claim 2 , wherein the at least one of the plurality of balls having a first outer diameter has a higher payout percentage of total winnings of at least one of the plurality of ball receiving areas than those having a second outer diameter. 
     
     
         5 . The game of  claim 2 , wherein the at least one of the plurality of balls having a first outer diameter has a reduced payout percentage of the winning payout than that of a second outer diameter. 
     
     
         6 . The game of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one distinguishable physical property comprises at least one of the plurality of balls comprises a distinctive color scheme or identification color code than that of another ball. 
     
     
         7 . The game of  claim 6 , wherein the distinctive color scheme or identification color code comprises a weighting scheme of a lower payout percentage of total winnings than that of another color scheme or identification color code. 
     
     
         8 . The game of  claim 2 , wherein the first ball comprises a smaller outer diameter than that of the second ball; wherein the first ball comprises a distinctive color scheme than that of the second ball; wherein the first ball received in the first receiving sector has a smaller payout percentage of total winnings of the first receiving sector than the second ball received in the first receiving sector; and wherein the first ball received in a second receiving sector has a smaller payout percentage of the total winnings than the second ball received in the second receiving sector. 
     
     
         9 . The game of  claim 2 , wherein the one or more tokens comprises a size, shape, or color representative of a player percentage received of total winnings of an odds payout scheme of chosen of one or more receiving sectors by the one or more tokens. 
     
     
         10 . The game of  claim 2 , wherein the plurality of ball receiving areas comprises a first width slot and a second width slot; wherein a width of the first width slot corresponds to the first outer diameter and a width of the second width slot corresponds to the second outer diameter; wherein the first width slot and the second width slot corresponds respectively to the first payout percentage and the second payout percentage upon achieving a successful player outcome; and wherein the first payout percentage comprises a value that is less than that of the second payout percentage. 
     
     
         11 . A multi-play, multi-payout, roulette gaming system comprising:
 a roulette wheel rotably disposed, the roulette wheel comprising a multitude of gaming piece receiving areas;   a plurality of gaming pieces having at least one distinguishable physical property indicative of a multiplier payout percentage of an odds payout scheme;   a gaming area;   a plurality of betting areas disposed on the gaming area, each of the plurality of betting areas associated with the odds payout scheme of at least one of the plurality of gaming pieces received in at least one of a multitude of gaming piece receiving areas; and   tokens designative of a wager on at least one of the plurality of gaming pieces being received by one or more of the multitude of gaming piece receiving areas.   
     
     
         12 . The system of  claim 11 , wherein the at least one distinguishable physical property comprises the at least one of the plurality of gaming pieces having a first outer diameter and the at least one of the plurality of gaming pieces having a second outer diameter; and wherein the first outer diameter comprises a value larger than the second outer diameter. 
     
     
         13 . The system of  claim 12 , wherein the at least one of the plurality of gaming pieces having the first outer diameter has a higher payout percentage of total winnings associated with the at least one receiving area than those having the second outer diameter in the at least one receiving area. 
     
     
         14 . The system of  claim 11 , wherein at least one of the plurality of gaming pieces having a multiplier percentage payout larger than that of another gaming piece. 
     
     
         15 . The system of  claim 12 , wherein the first outer diameter has a multiplier payout larger of total winnings than that of the second outer diameter. 
     
     
         16 . The system of  claim 11 , wherein the at least one distinguishable physical property comprises at least one of the plurality of gaming pieces comprises a distinctive color scheme or identification color code than that of another gaming piece. 
     
     
         17 . The system of  claim 16 , wherein the distinctive color scheme or identification color code comprises a weighting scheme associated with one or more color scheme having a lower payout percentage of the odds payout scheme than that of another color scheme or identification code. 
     
     
         18 . The system of  claim 11 , wherein the at least one of the plurality of gaming pieces comprises a smaller outer diameter than that of another gaming piece of the plurality of gaming pieces; wherein at least one of the plurality of gaming pieces comprises a distinctive color scheme than that of another gaming piece; wherein a first gaming piece received in a first receiving sector of the plurality of receiving areas has a larger payout multiplier of the odds payout scheme than a second gaming piece received in a first receiving sector of the plurality of receiving areas; and wherein the first gaming piece received in a second receiving sector of the plurality of receiving areas has a smaller payout multiplier of the odds payout scheme than the second gaming piece received in the second receiving sector of the plurality of receiving areas. 
     
     
         19 . The system of  claim 12 , further comprising tokens designated as a wager that comprise a size, shape, or color representative of a player percentage received of total winnings of at least one of the plurality of gaming pieces received in at least one of the multitude of gaming piece receiving areas. 
     
     
         20 . The system of  claim 19 , wherein the multitude of gaming piece receiving areas comprises a first width slot and a second width slot; wherein a width of the first width slot corresponds to the first outer diameter and a width of the second width slot corresponds to the second outer diameter; wherein the first width slot and the second width slot corresponds respectively to a first payout percentage and a second payout percentage of achieving a successful player outcome; wherein the first payout percentage comprises a value that is less than that of the second payout percentage. 
     
     
         21 . A multi-ball, multi-chance gaming method to have an increased probability of winning, the method comprising the steps of:
 placing a bet comprising one or more tokens on a gaming area for each of the at least two gaming pieces, wherein each of the at least two gaming pieces comprises a payout that is distinctive from one another;   spinning a roulette wheel;   throwing the at least two gaming pieces onto the roulette wheel; wherein at least one of the at least two gaming pieces comprises a distinctive physical property than that of the other gaming piece;   accepting by receiving slots of the roulette wheel each of the at least two gaming pieces; wherein each of the at least two gaming pieces being assigned a payout scheme distinctive than that of another and associated with the distinctive physical property thereof, and   receiving composite payouts on a per player basis for each of the at least two gaming pieces accepted by the receiving slots of the roulette wheel; wherein a multiplicative factor associated with physical properties of a waging token comprises a first payout scheme or a second payout scheme indicative and responsive to physical properties of a winning gaming piece; and wherein the first payout scheme comprises a first percentage payout of an odds payout scheme that is independent of the second payout scheme.   
     
     
         22 . The method of  claim 21 , wherein the distinctive physical property comprises at least one of the at least two gaming pieces having a distinctive diameter that that of another gaming piece of the at least two gaming pieces. 
     
     
         23 . The method of  claim 22 , wherein the distinctive physical property comprises at least one of the at least two gaming pieces having a distinctive outer color or outer color scheme than that of another gaming piece of the at least two gaming pieces. 
     
     
         24 . The method of  claim 23 , wherein the distinctive outer color or outer color scheme comprises a relative payout percentage of the odds payout scheme associated with a wager placed on the gaming area. 
     
     
         25 . The system of  claim 22 , wherein the one or more tokens on the gaming area comprise a size, shape, or color representative of a player percentage received of the first payout scheme or the second payout scheme of at least one of the plurality of gaming pieces received in at least one of the receiving slots.
