Abstract

The invention discloses a kind of movable addition or removable product, a leg cover, on top of any human feet, low top shoes, or open top shoes to protect against the dust, insects, harm from falling, and to provide warmth around the covered area, and to give ankle support via the ankle-laced area (with the product) and the bottom closure or attachment beneath the arch of a foot or the arc of the bottom of a shoe. The leg cover comprises: an upper portion, which extends from the instep and covers at least the ankle; and a stirrup bottom, which is footless and can be applied to a shoe by a bottom-securing strap beneath the outsole of said shoe or applied to a foot by said bottom-securing strap beneath the arch of said foot. The bottom-securing strap is removably and easily applied to a foot or the outsole of a shoe.

1 . A leg cover, which comprises:
 an upper portion, extending from the instep and covering at least the ankle; and   a stirrup bottom, stemming from said upper portion, stabilizing said upper portion via a bottom-securing strap, and being footless and applied to an existing shoe by said bottom-securing strap beneath the outsole of said shoe or applied to a foot by said bottom-securing strap beneath the arch of said foot.   
     
     
         2 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein said upper portion and said stirrup bottom are made of one piece. 
     
     
         3 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein said upper portion extends up to the hip or therebetween from the instep. 
     
     
         4 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein said upper portion stretches frontward to the toe part or therebetween from the ankle. 
     
     
         5 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , further comprising ornamentation, decorations, jeweled embellishments, designs, patterns, cutouts, a zipper or the like, a shoelace or the like, a lace or the like, a strap, a letter strap or the like, the strap closure or the like, a button, a buckle or the like, a snap fastener, the snap closure or the like, the snap flap closure, or the combination thereof on the outer surface of said leg cover. 
     
     
         6 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , further comprising one or more supporting elements or enhancing elements to support said upper portion. 
     
     
         7 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein said bottom-securing strap is removably applied to the outsole of an existing shoe or the bottom of a foot. 
     
     
         8 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein said bottom-securing strap is made of one piece. 
     
     
         9 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein said bottom-securing strap further comprises one or more zippers or the like, one or more shoelaces or the like, one or more laces or the like, the snap closure or the like, one or more buttons or the like, one or more buckles or the like, one or more snap fasteners, the snap closure or the like, similar mechanism, or the combination thereof for mechanically connecting two ends of said bottom-securing strap to form said bottom-securing strap beneath the outsole of an existing shoe or beneath the arch of a foot. 
     
     
         10 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein said bottom-securing strap is of various widths corresponding to the size or design of said leg cover. 
     
     
         11 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein the inner surface of said upper portion is substantially in contact with the ankle. 
     
     
         12 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein the inner surface of said upper portion is partially in contact with the leg. 
     
     
         13 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein said shoe includes high heels, stiletto heels, kitten heels, pumps, d'Orsay pumps, mid-heeled shoes, low-heeled shoes, espadrilles, lace-up shoes, Derby shoes, Oxford shoes, Mary Jane shoes, moccasins, monks, mules, peep toe shoes, platform shoes, wedges, slingbacks, school shoes, flats, dress shoes, casual shoes, tap shoes, sandals, flip flops, thongs, mandals, slides, athletic shoes, sneakers, canvas shoes, or skate shoes. 
     
     
         14 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein said shoe includes low top shoes or open top shoes. 
     
     
         15 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein a pair of said leg covers have a selected design portion on each of them such that they are either for a left side or a right side. 
     
     
         16 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein a pair of said leg covers have a selected design portion on at least the outer surface of each of them such that one is for a left side and the other is for a right side. 
     
     
         17 . The leg cover of  claim 1 , wherein the material of said leg cover includes leather, chamois leather, chamois cloth, muntjac leather, synthetic leather, wool, Angora wool, Angora fabric, fur, synthetic fur, nylon, rayon, flannel, broadcloth, swansdown, velvet, knit fabrics, woven materials, fibers, artificial fibers, canvas, synthetic polymer fibers, cotton, linen, silk, textiles, plastics, rubber, resins, plastic resins, silicone rubber, elastomers, polymers, synthetic rubber, synthetic resins, synthetic materials, metals, alloys, or the combination thereof.
