Multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip

Abstract

A multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip is composed of a front hoop ring equipped with connection portion including brim hinge joint part, back hoop ring hinge joint part, and top belt hinge joint hole, wherein an earmuffs clamp groove is placed at top side of the connection portion; a brim body hinged on the brim hinge joint part of the front hoop ring; a back hoop ring, in which the two ends of the back hoop ring are buckled in a front hoop ring back hoop ring pivot hole; a top belt buckled, in which the two ends of the top belt are buckled in top belt hinge joint hole placed at the two sides of the front hoop ring; and earmuffs including two earmuffs bodies with a link plate between them, in which the two sides of the link plate enter and buckle in the earmuffs clamp groove; thus the musk of the present invention not only is stably weared on an user's head, but also prevents the user from noise damage with the earmuffs stably buckled on the musk.

1 . A multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip, including:
 a front hoop ring equipped with one connection portion at each of the two sides, in which one earmuffs clamp groove is place at the top side of each of the connection portion respectively;   a brim body, in which the two side of the brim body are hinged at the connection portion of the front hoop ring respectively, and the front of the brim body buckles a lens;   a back hoop ring, in which the two ends of the back hoop ring are hinged on the connection portions placed at the two sides of the front hoop ring;   a top belt, in which the two ends of the back hoop ring are hinged on the connection portions placed at the two sides of the front hoop ring; and   earmuffs including two earmuffs bodies with a link plate between them, in which the two sides of the link plate are removable to enter and buckle at the earmuffs clamp grooves placed at the two sides of the front hoop ring.   
     
     
         2 . The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the connection portion of the front hoop ring is equipped with a brim hinge joint part, a back hoop ring hinge joint hole, and a top belt hinge joint hole; and
 the brim body is hinged at the brim hinge joint part of the connection portion;   the back hoop ring is hinged at the back hoop ring hinge joint hole of the connection portion; and   the top belt is hinged at the top belt hinge joint hole of the connection portion.   
     
     
         3 . The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the connection portion is equipped with the brim hinge joint part and the back hoop ring hinge joint hole; and
 the two ends of the brim body are correspondingly hinged at lateral of the brim hinge joint part;   the two ends of top belt are correspondingly hinged at medial of the brim hinge joint part; and   the back hoop ring is correspondingly hinged at the back hoop ring hinge joint hole.   
     
     
         4 . The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a brim hinge joint part and two buckle buttons are installed on each of the connection portions placed at the two sides of front hoop ring; and
 the two ends of the back hoop ring are placed with the buckle button holes, and one of the buckle buttons of the front hoop ring is correspondingly hinged in the buckle button hole of the back hoop ring;   the two ends of the top belt are also placed with the buckle button holes, and another of the buckle buttons of the front hoop ring is correspondingly hinged in the buckle button hole of the top belt; and   the brim body is hinged at the brim hinge joint part of the connection portion.   
     
     
         5 . The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a brim hinge joint part, a back hoop ring hinge joint hole and a top belt hinge joint hole are placed on each of the connection portions placed at the two sides of front hoop ring; and
 the two ends of the back hoop ring are placed with the buckle button holes corresponding to the back hoop ring hinge joint hole of the front hoop ring, by way of a button passing through the back hoop ring hinge joint hole, through the buckle button hole of the back hoop ring, and a check ring correspondingly being buckled at the button, thus the two ends of the back hoop ring are buckled at the two sides of the front hoop ring respectively;   the two ends of the top belt are placed with the buckle button holes corresponding to the top belt hinge joint hole of the front hoop ring, by way of a button passing through the top belt hinge joint hole, through the buckle button hole of the top belt, and a check ring correspondingly being buckled at the button, thus the two ends of the top belt are buckled at the two sides of the front hoop ring respectively; and   the brim body is hinged at the brim hinge joint part of the connection portion.   
     
     
         6 . The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a button pin portion is protrusively placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove of the front hoop ring, a pinch plate is connectively placed on the second lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove, a button hole is placed at the pinch plate forming a crease with the second lateral surface of the earmuffs clamp groove, and the pinch plate bends toward the direction of the button pin portion by the crease, thus the button pin portion is correspondingly buckled in the button hole of the pinch plate, and the pinch plate closes the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove.

The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein a button pin portion is protrusively placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove of the front hoop ring, a pinch plate is connectively placed on the second lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove, a button hole is placed at the pinch plate forming a crease with the second lateral surface of the earmuffs clamp groove, and the pinch plate bends toward the direction of the button pin portion by the crease, thus the button pin portion is correspondingly buckled in the button hole of the pinch plate, and the pinch plate closes the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove.

The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein a button pin portion is protrusively placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove of the front hoop ring, a pinch plate is connectively placed on the second lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove, a button hole is placed at the pinch plate forming a crease with the second lateral surface of the earmuffs clamp groove, and the pinch plate bends toward the direction of the button pin portion by the crease, thus the button pin portion is correspondingly buckled in the button hole of the pinch plate, and the pinch plate closes the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove.

The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein a button pin portion is protrusively placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove of the front hoop ring, a pinch plate is connectively placed on the second lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove, a button hole is placed at the pinch plate forming a crease with the second lateral surface of the earmuffs clamp groove, and the pinch plate bends toward the direction of the button pin portion by the crease, thus the button pin portion is correspondingly buckled in the button hole of the pinch plate, and the pinch plate closes the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove.

The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein a button pin portion is protrusively placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove of the front hoop ring, a pinch plate is connectively placed on the second lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove, a button hole is placed at the pinch plate forming a crease with the second lateral surface of the earmuffs clamp groove, and the pinch plate bends toward the direction of the button pin portion by the crease, thus the button pin portion is correspondingly buckled in the button hole of the pinch plate, and the pinch plate closes the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove. 
     
     
         11 . The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the button pin portion of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove passes through the pinch plate, through a washer, and then is crookedly buckled at the outer edge of the washer.

The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a button groove is placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove of the front hoop ring, a button hook portion is connectively extended on the second lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove, the button hook portion forms a crease with the second lateral surface of the earmuffs clamp groove, and the button hook portion bends toward the direction of the button groove by the crease, thus the button hook portion is correspondingly buckled in the button groove, and the button hook portion closes the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove.

The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein a button groove is placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove of the front hoop ring, a button hook portion is connectively extended on the second lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove, the button hook portion forms a crease with the second lateral surface of the earmuffs clamp groove, and the button hook portion bends toward the direction of the button groove by the crease, thus the button hook portion is correspondingly buckled in the button groove, and the button hook portion closes the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove. 
     
     
         14 . The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein a button groove is placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove of the front hoop ring, a button hook portion is connectively extended on the second lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove, the button hook portion forms a crease with the second lateral surface of the earmuffs clamp groove, and the button hook portion bends toward the direction of the button groove by the crease, thus the button hook portion is correspondingly buckled in the button groove, and the button hook portion closes the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove.

The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein a button groove is placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove of the front hoop ring, a button hook portion is connectively extended on the second lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove, the button hook portion forms a crease with the second lateral surface of the earmuffs clamp groove, and the button hook portion bends toward the direction of the button groove by the crease, thus the button hook portion is correspondingly buckled in the button groove, and the button hook portion closes the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove. 
     
     
         16 . The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein a button groove is placed on the first lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove of the front hoop ring, a button hook portion is connectively extended on the second lateral surface of the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove, the button hook portion forms a crease with the second lateral surface of the earmuffs clamp groove, and the button hook portion bends toward the direction of the button groove by the crease, thus the button hook portion is correspondingly buckled in the button groove, and the button hook portion closes the outlet of the earmuffs clamp groove. 
     
     
         17 . The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein a button pin is protrusively placed at each of the two ends of the back hoop ring, and the front end of the button pin forms a barb portion for hinge joint; and
 a button pin is also placed at each of the two ends of the top belt, and the front end of the button pin forms a barb portion for hinge joint.   
     
     
         18 . The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein a button pin is protrusively placed at each of the two ends of the back hoop ring, and the front end of the button pin forms a barb portion for hinge joint; and
 a button pin is also placed at each of the two ends of the top belt, and the front end of the button pin forms a barb portion for hinge joint.   
     
     
         19 . The multifunction safety mask with earmuffs clip as claimed in  claim 17 , wherein the front end of the button pin is depressively placed with a groove. 
     
     
         20 . An adjustable mask, including:
 a brim body, in which a hinge joint ear is placed at each of the two sides of the brim body, a pivot hole is through placed on each of the hinge joint ear, and a lens is buckled at the front edge of the brim body;   a front hoop ring, in which a hinge ear is placed at each of the two sides of the front hoop ring, a pivot hole corresponding to the pivot hole on the hinge joint ear of the brim body is through placed on each of the hinge ear;   a back hoop ring, in which a perforation corresponding to the pivot hole on the hinge joint ear of the brim body is through placed at each of the two ends of the back hoop ring; and   two pivots, in which the two pivots pass through the perforation placed at one side of the back hoop ring, through the pivot hole on the hinge ear placed at one side of the front hoop ring, through the pivot hole on the hinge joint ear placed at one side of the brim body, and then luck up in a fixed nut respectively, thus the front hoop ring and the back hoop ring rotate by the two pivots for angles adjustment.
