Mascara package with heating body

Abstract

The present invention relates to a mascara package with a heating body which can shape eyelashes while applying liquid mascara. The mascara package with a heating body comprises a container that contains liquid mascara; a handle that is coupled to the container and has a battery mounted therein and a switch installed thereon, the switch controlling the supply of power; a brush rod that is formed in the lower end of the handle and has a heating body built therein, the heating body receiving power from the battery so as to emit heat; and a heat-emission coating section that is formed in the lower end of the brush rod and receives heat from the heating body so as to emit heat.

1 . A mascara package with a heating body comprising:
 a container that contains liquid mascara;   a handle that is coupled to the container and has a battery mounted therein and a switch installed thereon, the switch controlling the supply of power;   a brush rod that is formed in the lower end of the handle and has a heating body built therein, the heating body receiving power from the battery so as to emit heat; and   a heat-emission coating section that is formed in the lower end of the brush rod and receives heat from the heating body so as to emit heat.   
     
     
         2 . The mascara package according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the heating body includes a support portion formed in the center thereof and is formed so as to wrap the support portion in a coil shape.   
     
     
         3 . The mascara package according to  claim 2 ,
 wherein the handle includes the support portion coupled thereto and a support plate having a heating body connection portion for electrically connecting the switch and the heating body.   
     
     
         4 . The mascara package according to  claim 3 ,
 wherein the support portion is formed integrally with or separately from the support plate.   
     
     
         5 . The mascara package according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the handle further includes an indicating section which is formed in the vicinity of the switch so as to indicate a control state of the switch.   
     
     
         6 . The mascara package according to  claim 5 ,
 wherein the indicating section is a light emitting body.   
     
     
         7 . The mascara package according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the battery is composed of at least one of a consumable battery and a recharging battery.   
     
     
         8 . The mascara package according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the heat-emission coating section includes a coating shaft formed in the center, the coating shaft being formed integrally with or separately from the brush rod.   
     
     
         9 . The mascara package according to  claim 8 ,
 wherein the coating shaft is formed of a thermally conductive material.   
     
     
         10 . The mascara package according to  claim 8 ,
 wherein the heat-emission coating section includes a brush and a comb implanted in a hemispherical shape on the entire portion or portions of the outer periphery around the coating shaft.   
     
     
         11 . The mascara package according to  claim 8 ,
 wherein the brush and the comb are respectively implanted at the same height such that the ends thereof forms a flat surface.   
     
     
         12 . The mascara package according to  claim 10 ,
 wherein the brush and the comb are implanted at various heights.   
     
     
         13 . The mascara package according to  claim 8 ,
 wherein the heat-emission coating section includes a brush implanted in a circular shape on the outer periphery around the coating shaft.   
     
     
         14 . The mascara package according to  claim 13 ,
 wherein the brush is implanted at the same height such that the end thereof forms a flat surface.   
     
     
         15 . The mascara package according to  claim 13 ,
 wherein the brush is implanted at various heights.   
     
     
         16 . The mascara package according to  claim 8 ,
 wherein the heat-emission coating section includes a plurality of combs implanted at even intervals on the outer periphery around the coating shaft and a plurality of brushes implanted between the respective combs.   
     
     
         17 . The mascara package according to  claim 10  or  16 ,
 wherein the comb is formed of a thermally conductive material. 
 
     
     
         18 . A mascara package with a heating body comprising:
 a container that contains liquid mascara;   a handle that is coupled to the container, the handle including:   a battery mounted therein;   a switch installed thereon, the switch controlling the supply of power; and   a moving member transferred upward and downward;   a first elastic member that is mounted between the front end of the handle and the moving member;   a transfer member that is transferred upward and downward by the moving member and the first elastic member, the transfer member having a hollow portion;   a brush rod that is formed so as to project from the front end of the handle, the brushing rod wrapping the transfer member;   a shaping member that is fixed by a fixing pin formed in the lower portion of the brush rod and is opened and closed by the transfer of the transfer member so as to shape eyelashes; and   a heating body that is coupled to the shaping member and receives power from the battery so as to emit heat.   
     
     
         19 . The mascara package according to  claim 18 ,
 wherein the handle includes a support plate formed therein so as to penetrate through the hollow portion of the transfer member, the support plate having a heating body connection portion for electrically connecting the switch and the heating body.   
     
     
         20 . The mascara package according to  claim 18 ,
 wherein the front end of the transfer member is formed so as to be inclined toward the outer portion around the hollow portion such that the transfer member is wedged with the shaping member.   
     
     
         21 . The mascara package according to  claim 20 ,
 wherein the shaping member includes first and second shaping members formed like tongs, the first and second shaping members including a second elastic member, and the upper portions of the first and second shaping members are formed with inclined surfaces such that the shaping member is opened and closed by the wedge operation of the transfer member.   
     
     
         22 . The mascara package according to  claim 21 ,
 wherein the heating body is coupled to one surface of the first shaping member, which comes in contact with the second shaping member.   
     
     
         23 . The mascara package according to  claim 21 ,
 wherein the first and second shaping members includes combs or a brush formed on at least one surface.   
     
     
         24 . The mascara package according to  claim 23 ,
 wherein the combs of the first and second shaping members are formed in a serrated shape so as to gear with each other when the first and second shaping members come in contact with each other.   
     
     
         25 . The mascara package according to  claim 18  or  24 ,
 wherein the shaping member includes: 
 first and second shaping members which are formed like tongs on the front end of the transfer member so as to cross each other, the first and second shaping members coming in contact with each other such that eyelashes are pressed therebetween so as to be shaped; and 
 a fixing pin which is formed in front of the cross point between the first and second shaping members so as to separate the first and second shaping members from each other. 
 
     
     
         26 . The mascara package according to  claim 18  or  24 ,
 wherein the shaping member includes: 
 first and second shaping members which are formed like tongs on the front end of the transfer member so as to cross each other, the first and second shaping members coming in contact with each other such that eyelashes are pressed therebetween so as to be shaped; and 
 a third elastic member which is formed between the first and second shaping members so as to separate the first and second shaping members from each other. 
 
     
     
         27 . The mascara package according to  claim 18  or  24 ,
 wherein the shaping member includes: 
 first and second shaping members which are formed like tongs on the front end of the transfer member, the first and second shaping members coming in contact with each other such that eyelashes are pressed therebetween so as to be shaped, the first and second shaping members having the upper portions formed with inclined surfaces which gradually come in contact with each other; and 
 a fixing pin which is formed in front of the point, where the first and second shaping members come in contact with each other, so as to separate the first and second shaping members from each other. 
 
     
     
         28 . The mascara package according to  claim 18  or  24 ,
 wherein the shaping member includes: 
 first and second shaping members which are formed like tongs on the front end of the transfer member, the first and second shaping members coming in contact with each other such that eyelashes are pressed therebetween so as to be shaped, the second shaping member having the upper portion formed with an inclined surface which comes in contact with the first shaping member; and 
 a fixing pin which is formed in front of the point, where the first and second shaping members come in contact with each other, so as to separate the first and second shaping members from each other.
