Cover detaching and attaching structure and electronic device using the same
Abstract
According to one embodiment, a cover detaching and attaching structure may allow a cover including a through part, through which a power cord connected to a connection part passes, to be integrally engaged with a main body including the connection part for the power cord and to be arbitrarily removed from the main body in a state in which the power cord has passed through the through part. The cover detaching and attaching structure is arranged between the main body and the cover, to allow the cover to move in a first direction along the longitudinal direction of the power cord connected to the connection part from a state of being integrally engaged with the main body.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A cover detaching and attaching structure to allow a cover including a through part, through which a power cord connected to a connection part passes, to be integrally engaged with a main body comprising the connection part for the power cord and to be removed from the main body in a state in which the power cord has passed through the through part,
wherein the cover detaching and attaching structure is arranged between the main body and the cover, to allow the cover to move in a first direction along the longitudinal direction of the power cord connected to the connection part from a state of being integrally engaged with the main body, and wherein the cover is further allowed to move in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, thereby being detached from the main body, the second direction being a direction in which the movement of the cover is impeded by interference of the power cord connected to the connection part.
2 . The structure of claim 1 , comprising one or more engagement pieces formed on an inner side surface of the cover, and one or more engagement parts formed on a side surface of the main body, the engagement piece respectively engaged with the one or more engagement parts.
3 . The structure of claim 2 , wherein at least one of the one or more engagement pieces comprises a first segment that is integrally joined to the inner side surface of the cover, and a second segment that defines an engagement groove between the first segment and the inner surface of the cover.
4 . The structure of claim 3 , wherein at least one of the one or more engagement parts comprises an aperture and a slit extending from the aperture toward the front side of the main body.
5 . The structure of claim 4 , wherein the aperture is formed at a position in which the second segment of the at least one of the one or more engagement pieces is loosely fitted thereinto when the cover is moved in the first direction.
6 . The structure of claim 4 , wherein the slit is engaged with the engagement groove defined by the second segment of the at least one of the one or more engagement pieces to allow the cover to be engaged with the main body.
7 . The structure of claim 4 , wherein the cover is moved in the first direction until the at least one of the one or more engagement pieces is positioned in the aperture of the engagement part.
8 . The structure of claim 2 , wherein the at least one of the one or more engagement pieces has a Z-shape in cross section.
9 . The structure of claim 2 , wherein a spacing of the engagement groove is set to be slightly larger than the thickness of a side surface of the main body.
10 . The structure of claim 1 , wherein the power cord comprises a plug unit having a structure to limit the range of movement in the first direction.
11 . An electronic device including a main body which has an electronic unit installed therein and includes a connection part for a power cord, and a cover which includes a through part, through which the power cord connected to the connection part passes, and is configured to cover the main body, the electronic device comprising:
a cover detaching and attaching structure arranged between the main body and the cover to allow the cover to be integrally engaged with the main body, the cover detaching and attaching structure being configured to allow the cover to move in a first direction along the longitudinal direction of the power cord connected to the connection part to be released from a state of being integrally engaged with the main body, and further allow the cover to move in a second direction to thereby be detached from the main body, the second direction being orthogonal to the first direction, in which the movement of the cover is impeded by interference of the power cord connected to the connection part.
12 . The device of claim 11 , wherein the cover detaching and attaching structure comprises one or more engagement pieces formed on an inner side surface of the cover, and one or more engagement parts formed on a side surface of the main body, at least one of the one or more engagement pieces respectively engaged with at least one of the one or more engagement parts.
13 . The device of claim 12 , wherein the at least one of the one or more engagement pieces comprises a first segment that is integrally joined to the inner side surface of the cover, and a second segment that defines an engagement groove between the first segment and the inner surface of the cover.
14 . The device of claim 13 , wherein the at least one of the one or more engagement parts comprises an aperture and a slit extending from the aperture toward the front side of the main body.
15 . The device of claim 14 , wherein the aperture is formed at a position in which the second segment of the at least one of the one or more engagement pieces is loosely fitted thereinto when the cover is moved in the first direction.
16 . The device of claim 14 , wherein the slit is engaged with the engagement groove defined by the second segment of the at least one of the one or more engagement pieces to allow the cover to be engaged with the main body.
17 . The device of claim 12 , wherein the at least one of the one or more engagement pieces has a Z-shape in cross section.
18 . The device of claim 12 , wherein a spacing of the engagement groove is set to be slightly larger than the thickness of a side surface of the main body.
19 . The device of claim 14 , wherein the aperture has an area sized to allow the second segment to be loosely fitted into the aperture.
20 . A cover detaching method to allow a cover including a through part, through which a power cord connected to a connection part passes, to be integrally engaged with a main body including the connection part for the power cord and to be removed from the main body in a state in which the power cord has passed through the through part, the method comprising:
moving the cover in a first direction along the longitudinal direction of the power cord connected to the connection part from a state of being integrally engaged with the main body; and moving the cover in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, thereby being detached from the main body, the second direction being a direction in which the movement of the cover is impeded by interference of the power cord connected to the connection part.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
