Abstract
A heat-dissipating system for LED signboard includes a frame and at least one first heat-dissipating module. The frame has at least one heat-dissipating part and a LED module. The heat-dissipating part is connected to the LED module. The first heat-dissipating module has at least one heat pipe assembly connected to the heat-dissipating part and the frame for conducting the heat absorbed by the heat-dissipating part to the frame for heat dissipation. With the design of the first heat-dissipating module, the heat can be rapidly conducted to the frame for heat dissipation, thereby increasing the heat-dissipating area and improving the thermal-conducting efficiency. Thus, an excellent heat-dissipating effect can be achieved.

a frame having at least one heat-dissipating part and a LED module, the heat-dissipating part being connected to the LED module; and at least one first heat-dissipating module having at least one heat pipe assembly connected to the heat-dissipating part and the frame, the heat absorbed by the heat-dissipating part being conducted to the frame for heat dissipation.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 1 , wherein the frame has a mounting surface and a display surface, the display surface is in flush with an end surface of the LED module opposite to the heat-dissipating part, the mounting surface corresponds to the display surface and both of them define an accommodating space, the frame, the LED module and the first heat-dissipating module are received in the accommodating space.
3 . The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 1 , wherein the heat-dissipating part is a copper heat-dissipating piece, the copper heat-dissipating piece has a first end surface tightly contacting the LED module and a second end surface connected to the heat pipe assembly.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 3 , wherein the heat pipe assembly has a plurality of heat pipes, each of the heat pipes has a heat-absorbing end and a heat-dissipating end, the heat-absorbing end is connected to the second end surface opposite to the copper heat-dissipating piece, the heat-dissipating end extends away from the heat-absorbing end to connect to the frame.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 2 , wherein the frame comprises a first heat-diffusing portion, a second heat-diffusing portion, a third heat-diffusing portion, and a fourth heat-diffusing portion, both ends of the first heat-diffusing portion are connected to one end of the second heat-diffusing portion and one end of the fourth heat-diffusing portion respectively, both ends of the third heat-diffusing portion are connected to the other end of the second heat-diffusing portion and the other end of the fourth heat-diffusing portion respectively, these four heat-diffusing portions are connected to each other and surround the accommodating space.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 4 , wherein the heat-dissipating part further has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins provided on an end surface of the copper heat-dissipating part opposite to the LED module, the heat-absorbing end of the heat pipe penetrates the copper heat-dissipating piece to transfer the heat absorbed by the heat-absorbing end to the heat-dissipating fins of the copper heat-dissipating piece and the heat-dissipating end for heat dissipation.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 1 , wherein the heat pipe assembly is connected to at least one second heat-dissipating module, the second heat-dissipating module has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a fan, the fan is provided on one side opposite to the heat-dissipating fins, a front section of each of the heat pipe assembly is connected to the heat-dissipating part, and its rear section is connected to the frame and penetrates any side of the frame to connect the heat-dissipating fins of the second heat-dissipating module.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 2 , wherein the heat pipe assembly is connected to at least one second heat-dissipating module, the second heat-dissipating module has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a fan, the fan is provided on one side opposite to the heat-dissipating fins, a front section of each of the heat pipe assembly is connected to the heat-dissipating part, and its rear section is connected to the frame and penetrates any side of the frame to connect the heat-dissipating fins of the second heat-dissipating module.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 3 , wherein the heat pipe assembly is connected to at least one second heat-dissipating module, the second heat-dissipating module has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a fan, the fan is provided on one side opposite to the heat-dissipating fins, a front section of each of the heat pipe assembly is connected to the heat-dissipating part, and its rear section is connected to the frame and penetrates any side of the frame to connect the heat-dissipating fins of the second heat-dissipating module.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 4 , wherein the heat pipe assembly is connected to at least one second heat-dissipating module, the second heat-dissipating module has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a fan, the fan is provided on one side opposite to the heat-dissipating fins, a front section of each of the heat pipe assembly is connected to the heat-dissipating part, and its rear section is connected to the frame and penetrates any side of the frame to connect the heat-dissipating fins of the second heat-dissipating module.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 5 , wherein the heat pipe assembly is connected to at least one second heat-dissipating module, the second heat-dissipating module has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a fan, the fan is provided on one side opposite to the heat-dissipating fins, a front section of each of the heat pipe assembly is connected to the heat-dissipating part, and its rear section is connected to the frame and penetrates any side of the frame to connect the heat-dissipating fins of the second heat-dissipating module.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 6 , wherein the heat pipe assembly is connected to at least one second heat-dissipating module, the second heat-dissipating module has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a fan, the fan is provided on one side opposite to the heat-dissipating fins, a front section of each of the heat pipe assembly is connected to the heat-dissipating part, and its rear section is connected to the frame and penetrates any side of the frame to connect the heat-dissipating fins of the second heat-dissipating module.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 1 , wherein the heat pipe assembly is connected to at least one second heat-dissipating module, the second heat-dissipating module has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a fan, the fan is provided on one side opposite to the heat-dissipating fins, a front section of each of the heat pipe assembly is connected to the heat-dissipating part, and its rear section is connected to the frame and extends away from the frame to penetrate the heat-dissipating fins of the second heat-dissipating module.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 2 , wherein the heat pipe assembly is connected to at least one second heat-dissipating module, the second heat-dissipating module has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a fan, the fan is provided on one side opposite to the heat-dissipating fins, a front section of each of the heat pipe assembly is connected to the heat-dissipating part, and its rear section is connected to the frame and extends away from the frame to penetrate the heat-dissipating fins of the second heat-dissipating module.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 3 , wherein the heat pipe assembly is connected to at least one second heat-dissipating module, the second heat-dissipating module has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a fan, the fan is provided on one side opposite to the heat-dissipating fins, a front section of each of the heat pipe assembly is connected to the heat-dissipating part, and its rear section is connected to the frame and extends away from the frame to penetrate the heat-dissipating fins of the second heat-dissipating module.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 4 , wherein the heat pipe assembly is connected to at least one second heat-dissipating module, the second heat-dissipating module has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a fan, the fan is provided on one side opposite to the heat-dissipating fins, a front section of each of the heat pipe assembly is connected to the heat-dissipating part, and its rear section is connected to the frame and extends away from the frame to penetrate the heat-dissipating fins of the second heat-dissipating module.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 5 , wherein the heat pipe assembly is connected to at least one second heat-dissipating module, the second heat-dissipating module has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a fan, the fan is provided on one side opposite to the heat-dissipating fins, a front section of each of the heat pipe assembly is connected to the heat-dissipating part, and its rear section is connected to the frame and extends away from the frame to penetrate the heat-dissipating fins of the second heat-dissipating module.

The heat-dissipating system for LED signboard according to claim 6 , wherein the heat pipe assembly is connected to at least one second heat-dissipating module, the second heat-dissipating module has a plurality of heat-dissipating fins and a fan, the fan is provided on one side opposite to the heat-dissipating fins, a front section of each of the heat pipe assembly is connected to the heat-dissipating part, and its rear section is connected to the frame and extends away from the frame to penetrate the heat-dissipating fins of the second heat-dissipating module.Cited by (0)
