Abstract
A method includes dividing contiguously shown content into a plurality of sections with a first pointing device, and scrolling content in at least one of the plurality of sections individually with a second pointing device such that non-contiguous content is displayed in the at least one section.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method comprising:
dividing contiguously shown content into a plurality of sections with a first pointing device; and scrolling content in at least one of the plurality of sections individually with a second pointing device such that non-contiguous content is displayed in the at least one section.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising indicating at least one section divider at a detected location of the first pointing device, the section divider defining the plurality of sections.
3 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising returning to showing undivided content when the first pointing device is no longer detected.
4 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising moving the second pointing device within the at least one section to effect the scrolling of the content.
5 . A computer program product, embodied on a non-transitory computer readable medium, for executing the method of claim 1 , when run on a computer.
6 . An apparatus comprising:
at least one processor; at least one memory including computer program code; the at least one memory and the computer program code configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to:
divide contiguously shown content into a plurality of sections with a first pointing device; and
scroll content in at least one of the plurality of sections individually with a second pointing device such that non-contiguous content is displayed in the at least one section.
7 . The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are further configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to indicate at least one section divider at a detected location of the first pointing device, the section divider defining the plurality of sections.
8 . The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are further configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to return to showing undivided content when the first pointing device is no longer detected.
9 . The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the at least one memory and the computer program code are further configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to detect movement of the second pointing device within the at least one section to effect the scrolling of the contentJoin the waitlist — get patent alerts
