Semiconductor device and display device
Abstract
A semiconductor device includes: an LCD controller configured to output a plurality of image signals in parallel; a plurality of signal lines respectively corresponding to the plurality of image signals to be outputted in parallel; a plurality of terminal portions respectively connected to the plurality of signal lines; and delay circuits configured to delay a plurality of image signals, which are divided into a plurality of groups to the extent that the sum of each value of a current flowing through each signal line does not exceed a predetermined current value and outputted from a plurality of terminal portions, by a predetermined delay time from each other among the plurality of groups.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A semiconductor device comprising:
an image signal output circuit having a plurality of output terminals and configured to output signals in parallel from the output terminals; a plurality of signal lines respectively connected to the output terminals; a first delay circuit inserted in signal line of a first group of the signal lines; and a second delay circuit inserted in signal line of a second group of the signal lines.
2 . The semiconductor device according to claim 1 , wherein each group of the signal lines comprises two or more signal lines.
3 . The semiconductor device according to claim 2 , wherein the image signal output circuit outputs image data, and
a signal outputted to the signal lines represents pixels of the image data.
