Plate heat exchanger
Abstract
The invention relates to a plate heat exchanger ( 1 ) comprising a package ( 3 ) of heat exchanger plates provided ( 2 ) with inlet and outlet ports, the ports forming channels through the package ( 3 ) for at least one heat exchange fluid, two end plates ( 3 ) between which the plate package ( 2 ) of heat exchanger plates is arranged, where at least said one end plate ( 6 ) is provided with at least one through hole, which communicates with one of the channels, and where a connection pipe ( 9 ) is arranged in the through hole of the at least one end plate ( 6 ), the connection pipe communicates with a pipe system transporting the at least one heat exchange fluid, where the connection pipe ( 9 ) extends through the through hole and being removably and rotationally and axially lockable fastened to the at least one end plate.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A plate heat exchanger comprising a package of heat exchanger plates provided with inlet and outlet ports, the ports forming channels through the package for at least one heat exchange fluid, two end plates between which the plate package of heat exchanger plates is arranged, wherein at least one end plate is provided with at least one through hole hole, which communicates with one of the channels, and wherein a connection pipe is arranged in the through hole of the at least one end plate, the connection pipe communicates with a pipe system transporting the at least one heat exchange fluid, wherein the connection pipe extends through the through hole and is removably, radially, longitudinally and lockably fastened to the at least one end plate and wherein a demountable adhesive means provided between the at least one end plate and the connection pipe locks the connection pipe radially and longitudinally to the at least one end plate.
2 . The plate heat exchanger according to claim 1 , wherein the connection pipe is provided with a flange in the connection pipe end facing the heat exchanger plates and abutting a surface of the at least one end plate facing the heat exchanger plates.
3 . The plate heat exchanger according to claim 2 , wherein the adhesive means is provided between the surface of the at least one end plate and the flange of the connection pipe, the adhesive means comprising a double-stick tape or glue.
4 . The plate heat exchanger according to claim 2 , wherein the flange is provided with a lip on its outer periphery that extends from the surface of the flange directed towards the at least one end plate and wherein the at least one end plate is provided with a corresponding recess interacting with the lip of the flange.
5 . The plate heat exchanger according to any one of claims 2 to 4 , wherein the connection pipe extends from the at least one end plate and has an external thread, which is connected to a pipe of a pipe system, wherein the pipe is provided with an internal thread.
6 . The plate heat exchanger according to claim 5 , wherein the external thread extends over essentially the whole length of the connection pipe.
7 . The plate heat exchanger according to claim 5 , wherein the pipe abuts against an outside surface of the end plate.
8 . The plate heat exchanger according to claim 5 , wherein the pipe is formed as a bushing having an internal thread being in engagement with the external thread of the connection pipe, and where the bushing abuts against an outside surface of the end plate.
9 . The plate heat exchanger according to claim 8 , wherein the internal thread of the pipe co-operates with an external thread of the bushing.
10 . The plate heat exchanger according to claim 9 , wherein the bushing serves a transition piece having an external thread in engagement with the internal thread of the pipe, wherein the internal thread of the pipe is larger than the external thread of the connection pipe.
11 . The plate heat exchanger according to claim 8 , wherein the bushing serves a transition piece having an external thread in engagement with the internal thread of the pipe, wherein the internal thread of the pipe is larger than the external thread of the connection pipe.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
