Claims

Abstract

A structure for combining a vane frame and a vane of a hanging fan includes an elastic plate onto the vane frame, a pressing portion at a front end of the elastic plate, a latching portion at a rear end of the elastic plate, and three embedding blocks on the vane frame. One of the embedding blocks abuts the elastic plate. Slants are formed on both sides of the embedding block. A snap-in portion is formed at the bottom of the embedding block. Three embedding holes are formed at a front end of the vane, each having a connecting surface for connecting the vane with each embedding block. The pressing portion abuts the vane. The connecting surface and slant abut with each other. The front end of the embedding hole is snapped with the snap-in portion. The latching portion is pressed against a rear end of the embedding hole.

1 . A structure for combining a vane frame and a vane of a hanging fan, and the structure comprising:
 a vane frame, having a mounting portion, and the mounting portion including a fixing block, an elastic plate installed onto the fixing block, a pressing portion formed at an end of the elastic plate and curled towards a front end of the mounting portion, and a latching portion formed at another end of the elastic plate and extended towards a rear end of the mounting portion;   three embedding blocks, disposed on the mounting portion of the vane frame, and one of the embedding blocks being pressed onto the elastic plate, and a slant being formed separately on two opposite sides of each embedding block and tapered towards a front end of the mounting portion, and each embedding block having a snap-in portion concavely formed at the bottom of the embedding block and snapped into a rear end of the mounting portion; and   a vane, having three embedding holes formed at a front end of the vane, and the vane being coupled to each corresponding embedding block through the embedding hole of the vane, and the embedding hole being tapered towards a front end of the vane and having a connecting surface corresponding to the slant of the embedding block, and the pressing portion of the elastic plate pressing a distal edge of the front end of the vane to push and press the vane, such that the connecting surface of the vane embedding hole is pressed and coupled to the slant of the embedding block, and the embedding hole aligned towards the distal edge of the front end of the vane is snapped into the snap-in portion of the embedding block, and the latching portion of the elastic plate is pressed and coupled to the embedding hole corresponding to the embedding block on the fixing block and aligned towards the distal edge of the rear end of the vane.

The structure for combining a vane frame and a vane of a hanging fan according to  claim 1 , wherein the pressing portion of the elastic plate is comprised of two substantially S-shaped hook arms curled towards a front end of the mounting portion, and the pressing portion includes an opening aligned towards a rear end of the mounting portion. 
     
     
         3 . The structure for combining a vane frame and a vane of a hanging fan according to  claim 1 , further comprising a locking element for locking one of the embedding blocks to the elastic plate and the fixing block at the same time. 
     
     
         4 . The structure for combining a vane frame and a vane of a hanging fan according to  claim 1 , wherein each embedding block has a slant formed separately on two opposite sides of the embedding block and tapered from top to bottom. 
     
     
         5 . The structure for combining a vane frame and a vane of a hanging fan according to  claim 1 , wherein the mounting portion further comprises a stop block protruded from a front side of the pressing portion of the elastic plate and disposed opposite to the pressing portion.
