Roller-type dual cosmetic case having airless pump
Abstract
The present invention relates a roller-type dual cosmetic case having an airless pump, and more particularly, to a roller-type dual cosmetic case having an airless pump wherein a so-called roller-type cosmetic case, which enables the cosmetics stored in a cosmetic case to be applied on the skin using a rolling-operated roller, is formed into a case body of a dual structure and an airless pump is provided, so that a foreign material or air is basically prevented from being introduced from the outside during the non-use of the cosmetics and the contents of the cosmetic case is thus prevented from being contaminated and deteriorated and the cosmetics are discharged in a constant amount all the time by operating the pump during the use of the cosmetics, thereby enabling the contents to be used more conveniently and efficiently. The roller-type dual cosmetic case comprises a tube-type inner case 10 made of a flexible material so as to store contents of a cream type and having a fixing element 11 at its upper part, the fixing element having a rigid discharge pipe 12 for discharging the contents; a rigid outer case 20 protecting the inner case 10 and maintaining an overall external shape of the cosmetic case, the inner case and the outer case forming a case of a dual structure; a head 30 engaged at an upper part of the outer case 20 and having therein a flow passage through which the contents are discharged and at its upper part a nozzle 33 and a mount space 31 ; a roller 40 horizontally provided to an upper part of the head, structured to be idling and enabling the contents discharged through the nozzle 33 to be applied to the skin; and an airless pump 50 that is connected at its one side to the discharge pipe 12 of the inner case 10 and at its other side to the nozzle 33 in the mount space 31 of the head 30 and enables the contents stored in the inner case 10 to be discharged to the nozzle 33 with pumping force caused by a horizontal push operation of an operation button mounted to be exposed at one side of the head.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A roller-type dual cosmetic case comprising:
a tube-type inner case made of a flexible material so as to store contents of a cream type and having a fixing element at its upper part, the fixing element having a rigid discharge pipe for discharging the contents; a rigid outer case protecting the inner case and maintaining an overall external shape of the cosmetic case, the inner case and the outer case forming a case of a dual structure; a head engaged at an upper part of the outer case and having therein a flow passage through which the contents are discharged and at its upper part a nozzle and a mount space; a roller horizontally provided to an upper part of the head, structured to be idling and enabling the contents discharged through the nozzle to be applied to the skin; and an airless pump that is connected at its one side to the discharge pipe of the inner case and at its other side to the nozzle in the mount space of the head and enables the contents stored in the inner case to be discharged to the nozzle with pumping force caused by a horizontal push operation of an operation button mounted to be exposed at one side of the head.
2 . The roller-type dual cosmetic case according to claim 1 ,
wherein the airless pump has a housing mounted to connect the discharge pipe of the inner case and the nozzle to vertically communicate therebetween; wherein a cylindrical support plate 52 is horizontally formed at an inner center of the housing and a piston is horizontally mounted to the support plate by a return spring; wherein the operation button is mounted to the piston so that a part of the button is exposed to the outside of the head and the operation button is mounted so that a horizontal push operation can be made from one side of the head; and wherein front and rear valves for opening and closing fluid passages vertically communicating with each other are respectively mounted to front and rear sides of the housing.
3 . The roller-type dual cosmetic case according to claim 1 , wherein the roller is made of a sponge material so that the contents can be softly and easily applied to the skin.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
