Abstract
A gas combustion device includes a casing and a combustor accommodated in the casing and including a primary combustion section and a secondary combustion section. The gas combustion device further includes an ejector, an air-blowing device accommodated in the casing. A supply of combustion gas and a supply of air are gathered in the ejector, and the ejector includes a mixing chamber that combustion gas and air is mixed and a wick that the mixture of combustion gas and air is injected into the primary combustion. The air-blowing device includes a fan and a sheath. Further, a heat-resisting protector in which the combustor is accommodated includes a front end including a flame taming portion and at least one vent defined thereon and extending through the wall and allows hot air to flow therethrough.

a casing; a combustor accommodated in the casing and including a primary combustion section and a secondary combustion section; an ejector accommodated in the casing and in which a supply of combustion gas and a supply of air are gathered, the ejector including a mixing chamber that combustion gas and air is mixed and a wick that the mixture of combustion gas and air is injected into the primary combustion section; an air-blowing device accommodated in the casing and including a fan and a sheath; a heat-resisting protector in which the combustor is accommodated and including a front end including a flame taming portion and at least one vent defined thereon, the at least one vent extends through the wall and allows hot air to flow therethrough; and wherein the mixture of combustion gas and air is combusted in the combustor to generate hot air, and the secondary combustion section combusts combustion gas not get burned in the primary combustion section in order to avoid incomplete combustion and prevent unburned combustion gas from flowing out of the gas combustion device; and wherein the heat-resisting protector prevents heat emitted from the combustor to burn and damage the casing; and wherein the sheath prevents air that the fan blows from being diffused inside the casing and improves the combustion efficiency.

The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sheath extends from a first position adjacent to the fan to a second position marginally gapped from the heat-resisting protector, wherein the sheath has a gradually reduced inner diameter that renders air that the fan blows be accelerated, and wherein the sheath is gapped from the heat-resisting protector at a distance “D” that is enough to allow backflow air to escape therefrom and stop it impeding the fan to deliver air.

The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the sheath has a rear end with a larger inner diameter and a front end with a smaller inner diameter, wherein the heat-resisting protector has a rear end defining an opening that has an inner diameter equaling to that of the front end of sheath, therefore enabling air in the sheath to flow smoothly into the heat-resisting protector.
4 . The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a heat-insulating member mounted on an outer peripheral wall of the heat-resisting protector.
5 . The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 2 further comprising a heat-insulating member mounted on an outer peripheral wall of the heat-resisting protector.
6 . The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 3 further comprising a heat-insulating member mounted on an outer peripheral wall of the heat-resisting protector.
7 . The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the heat-insulating member is restricted in the casing and is kept mounted on the heat-resisting protector by a holder.
8 . The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the heat-insulating member is restricted in the casing and is kept mounted on the heat-resisting protector by a holder.
9 . The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the heat-insulating member is restricted in the casing and is kept mounted on the heat-resisting protector by a holder.
10 . The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a flame-taming member disposed in the heat-resisting protector and positioned in front of the combustor.
11 . The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 1 further comprising an outlet pipe mounted at an outlet opening of hot air such that the outlet pipe renders a concentrated path of hot air.

The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the primary combustion section includes a periphery including a plurality of ridges and a plurality of channels formed thereon and one channel is intervened between two adjacent ridges, wherein each ridge includes a passage extending therethrough to such that the passage enables the air-blowing device to blow air therethrough to cool the temperature of primary combustion section, wherein the primary combustion section also includes a plurality of orifice extending through a rear end of the combustor and such orifices enable air-blowing device to blow air into the primary combustion section, and wherein the combustor includes an outer peripheral wall including a plurality of fins protruding radially outward therefrom such that the fins enable heat generated from combustor to be dissipated effectively.

The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the primary combustion section includes a periphery including a plurality of ridges and a plurality of channels formed thereon and one channel is intervened between two adjacent ridges, wherein each ridge includes a passage extending therethrough to such that the passage enables the air-blowing device to blow air therethrough to cool the temperature of primary combustion section, wherein the primary combustion section also includes a plurality of orifice extending through a rear end of the combustor and such orifices enable air-blowing device to blow air into the primary combustion section, and wherein the combustor includes an outer peripheral wall including a plurality of fins protruding radially outward therefrom such that the fins enable heat generated from combustor to be dissipated effectively.

The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the primary combustion section includes a periphery including a plurality of ridges and a plurality of channels formed thereon and one channel is intervened between two adjacent ridges, wherein each ridge includes a passage extending therethrough to such that the passage enables the air-blowing device to blow air therethrough to cool the temperature of primary combustion section, wherein the primary combustion section also includes a plurality of orifice extending through a rear end of the combustor and such orifices enable air-blowing device to blow air into the primary combustion section, and wherein the combustor includes an outer peripheral wall including a plurality of fins protruding radially outward therefrom such that the fins enable heat generated from combustor to be dissipated effectively.

The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the primary combustion section includes a periphery including a plurality of ridges and a plurality of channels formed thereon and one channel is intervened between two adjacent ridges, wherein each ridge includes a passage extending therethrough to such that the passage enables the air-blowing device to blow air therethrough to cool the temperature of primary combustion section, wherein the primary combustion section also includes a plurality of orifice extending through a rear end of the combustor and such orifices enable air-blowing device to blow air into the primary combustion section, and wherein the combustor includes an outer peripheral wall including a plurality of fins protruding radially outward therefrom such that the fins enable heat generated from combustor to be dissipated effectively.

The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the at least one vent includes a plurality of vents disposed around the flame taming portion and are arranged as a plurality of arrays, wherein one array includes vents that are spaced radially and equally from the flame taming portion at a first distance, and wherein another array includes vents that are spaced radially and equally from the flame taming portion at a second distance, and with the first and second distances being unequal to one another.
17 . The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the heat-resisting protector includes the flame taming portion and plurality of vents defined on a member that is separately formed with a body of the heat-resisting protector.
18 . The gas combustion device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sheath encases the fan such that the tips of fan blades of the fan are disposed inside an inner periphery of the sheath.
