         11 . An electrically conductive solid lubricant transfer film, comprising:
 a solid lubricant, and at least one soft metal intermixed with said solid lubricant, wherein an bulk resistivity of said lubricant film is no more than 4 times a bulk resistivity of Cu at 25 C.   
     
     
         12 . The lubricant film of  claim 11 , wherein said soft metal comprises silver and indium.
