Abstract
The present invention relates to the prevention or treatment of atherosclerosis, in particular to a B cell depleting agent for the prevention or treatment of atherosclerosis.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A B cell depleting agent for use in the treatment or prevention of atherosclerosis.
2 . The B cell depleting agent according to claim 1 , wherein said B cell depleting agent is a B cell depleting antibody.
3 . The B cell depleting agent according to claim 1 , wherein said B cell depleting antibody in an anti-CD20 antibody.
4 . A B cell depleting agent according to claim 1 for use in treatment or prevention of a vascular or coronary disorder.
5 . The B cell depleting agent according to claim 4 wherein said coronary disorder or vascular disorders is selected from the group consisting of atherosclerotic vascular disease, such as aneurysm or stroke, asymptomatic coronary artery coronary diseases, chronic ischemic disorders without myocardial necrosis, such as stable or effort angina pectoris; acute ischemic disorders without myocardial necrosis, such as unstable angina pectoris; and ischemic disorders such as myocardial infarction.
6 . The B cell agent according to claim 5 wherein said coronary disorder is aneurysm.
