Abstract
A sample is diagnosed with a genechip array by the present disclosure. The sample is automatically diagnosed by devices revealed in the present disclosure for a fast diagnosis having high accuracy.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An automatic genechip array diagnosing apparatus, comprising
a loading tray,
said loading tray having a sample pretreatment area, a sample purification area, a transcription and probe labeling area and a genechip reaction and imaging area on a surface of said loading tray,
said loading tray being an operation platform to load a sample and a genechip array on processing a diagnosis;
an active mixing device,
said active mixing device being connected with said loading tray,
said active mixing device shaking said loading tray to mix said sample, a reagent and said genechip array in said loading tray on processing said diagnosis;
a temperature controlling device,
said temperature controlling device being connected with said loading tray to control temperature in said loading tray on processing said diagnosis;
a reagent storing device,
said reagent storing device comprising a plurality of reagent vessels and a magnetic beads storing area,
said reagent storing device providing said reagent to said sample on processing a reaction;
a fluid manipulation device,
said fluid manipulation device being obtained between said loading tray and said reagent storing device,
said fluid manipulation device providing said reagent to said loading tray,
said fluid manipulation device transferring said sample between areas of said loading tray,
said fluid manipulation device discharging a waste liquid obtained after said reaction of said sample;
a magnetic controlling device,
said magnetic controlling device being connected with said loading tray,
said magnetic controlling device purifying said sample with coordination of a plurality of magnetic beads in said magnetic beads storing area;
an image acquiring device,
said image acquiring device being corresponding to said genechip reaction and imaging area to obtain photos of said sample and said genechip array after said reaction and a development process; and
an operating device,
said operating device being connected with said loading tray, said active mixing device, said temperature controlling device, said reagent storing device, said fluid manipulation device, said magnetic controlling devices and said image acquiring device to control operation, analyze photo and show data.
2 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said genechip reaction and imaging area has a genechip array; and each genechip in said genechip array has a plurality of probes.
3 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said active mixing device is a servo motor.
4 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said fluid manipulation device is a vacuum suction device.
5 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said image acquiring device is a photosensitive device.
6 . The apparatus according to claim 1 ,
wherein said operating device comprises a processing unit; an input unit connected with said processing unit; and an output unit connected with said.
7 . The apparatus according to claim 6 ,
wherein said processing unit is selected from a group consisting of a single chip and a programmable logical array.
8 . The apparatus according to claim 6 ,
wherein said input unit comprises a plurality of pressing bottoms.
