Abstract

A protection device for a memory module comprises protective sheets that can cover the memory. On the inner side of the protective sheet there is an adhesive film. On the upper edge of the protective sheet there are a flip-over clip and a flip receptor that are folded in 90 degrees. The fastening clip for the flip-over clip can go into the clip receptor of the flip receptor and allow the fastening on the top edges of the two protective sheets to accommodate the memory, which is attached with an adhesive film. It primarily has a tenon as an extension from at least one side of the fastening clip terminal. Thus, when the fastening clip locks into the clip receptor, there is a stop to prevent the fastened two protective sheets from separation. Further, a notch is formed on the two sides of the clamp leg terminal for the U-shaped fastener, so it fits with the bump for the groove on the protective sheet, to further prevent the detachment of the fastener. Further, in the middle of the edge of the clamp leg there is a convex, which and the bottom edge of the groove of the protective sheet form a gap to facilitate disassembly of the protection device.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A protection device for memory module comprises two protective sheets for covering the memory module; wherein on the inner side of the said protective sheet there is an adhesive film; on the upper edge of the said protective sheet there is a flip-over clip and a flip receptor that are folded in 90 degrees; wherein the front edge of the said flip receptor descends to form two sections, along which there is a clip receptor; wherein the front edge of the flip-over clip also descends to form two sections and the lower section forms a fastening clip, which goes into the clip receptor and allows the top edges of the two protective sheets to fasten with each other; wherein between the two protective sheets there is space to accommodate the memory, which is attached with the adhesive film; the improvement for the invention lies in that:
the lower section clip receptor of the above flip receptor has larger width than the upper section clip receptor; the terminal of the above fastening clip extends from at least one side to become a tenon; thus, the front edge has about the same width as the lower section clip receptor for the flip receptor, but larger than the upper section clip receptor for the flip receptor; said fastening clip locks into the upper section clip receptor for the flip receptor; said tenon is to restrict the upper section clip receptor for the flip receptor and therefore the fastened two protective sheets are difficult to separate.

2 . A protection device for the memory module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the wider part of the lower section clip receptor for the flip receptor than the upper section clip receptor forms a semi-circular hole or a C-shaped hole at the terminal side; the diameter for the semi-circular hole or the C-shaped hole is larger than the thickness for the flip-over clip.

3 . A protection device for the memory module as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the tenon extended from the terminal of the fastening clip is semi-circular or C-shaped.

4 . A protection device for the memory module as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the two sides of the terminal of the fastening clip extend to form a tenon; while the two sides of the lower section clip receptor have semi-circular holes.

5 . A protection device for the memory module as claimed in claim 4 , wherein in the middle of the flip-over clip there is a groove; in the middle of the clip receptor of the flip receptor there is a narrower guider than the groove.

6 . A protection device for the memory module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the protective sheet is made of thermal insulation material with heat dissipation function.

7 . A protection device for the memory module as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sides of the two protective sheets further comprise two clamp legs of a U-shaped fastener to hold the outer edges of the two protective sheets.

8 . A protection device for the memory module as claimed in claim 7 , wherein at the place where the protective sheets are held by the U-shaped fastener there forms a groove that has the same shape to the plane for the clamp leg of the U-shaped fastener; wherein inside the groove there forms a fastening mechanism interfering with the U-shaped fastener.

9 . A protection device for the memory module as claimed in claim 8 , the fastening structure that is inside the groove and interferes with the U-shaped fastener is a dot punched on the groove of the protective sheet, while for the U-shaped fastener there is a punched concave on the clamp leg.

10 . A protection device for the memory module as claimed in claim 7 , wherein on the clamp leg of the U-shaped fastener close to the terminal there forms a convergent notch, while the groove for the protective sheet forms a bump corresponding to the notch to strengthen the fastening.

11 . A protection device for the memory module as claimed in claim 7 , wherein in the middle of the edge of the clamp leg for the U-shaped fastener there is a convex; the convex and the bottom edge of the groove of the protective sheet form a gap S.
