Abstract

According to one embodiment, a mobile personal computer includes: a display panel with a display screen; a board assembly including a board and a component mounted on the board; and a housing including an outer housing constituting an outline and an inner housing arranged between the display panel and the board assembly, and houses the board assembly.

1 . A mobile personal computer comprising:
 a display panel comprising a display screen;   a board assembly comprising a board and a component mounted on the board; and   a housing configured to house the board assembly, comprising an outer housing forming an outline and an inner housing between the display panel and the board assembly.   
     
     
         2 . The mobile personal computer of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a first protrusion on the outer housing and protruding toward a portion of the board assembly;   a second protrusion on the inner housing at a position opposite the first protrusion with respect to the portion of the board assembly, and protruding toward the portion of the board assembly; and   a displacement-controlling mechanism comprising the first protrusion, the portion of the board assembly, and the second protrusion, the displacement-controlling mechanism being configured to control relative approach between the outer housing and the inner housing by controlling contact of the first protrusion, the portion of the board assembly, and the second protrusion.   
     
     
         3 . The mobile personal computer of  claim 2 , wherein the first protrusion and the second protrusion protrude toward the portion of the board assembly positioned in a circuit-forming region inside a circumferential edge of the board. 
     
     
         4 . The mobile personal computer of  claim 2 , wherein
 a circumferential edge of the board is fixed to the housing at a plurality of positions, and   the portion of the board assembly is positioned closer to a center of gravity of the board than the positions where the board is fixed to the housing.   
     
     
         5 . mobile personal computer of  claim 2 , wherein the portion of the board assembly positioned between the first protrusion and the second protrusion comprises a component provided on the board and interposed between the first protrusion and the second protrusion. 
     
     
         6 . The mobile personal computer of  claim 5 , wherein a fixing member is fixed to the interposed component. 
     
     
         7 . The mobile personal computer of  claim 5 , wherein the interposed component comprises a fixing member configured to be fixed to a second component. 
     
     
         8 . The mobile personal computer of  claim 5 , wherein
 the board comprises a plurality of pairs of a fixing member and a second component to which the fixing member is fixed,   one or more of the plurality of pairs is configured to fix to the board a pressing member configured to press a heat pipe against the component mounted on the board, and   another of the plurality of pairs is the interposed component.   
     
     
         9 . The mobile personal computer of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a board-fixing member on the outer housing or the inner housing and to which the board is fixed;   a third protrusion on the other of the outer housing or the inner housing at a position opposite the board-fixing member with respect to the board and protruding toward the board-fixing member; and   a second displacement-controlling mechanism comprising the board-fixing member and the third protrusion, the second displacement-controlling mechanism being configured to control relative approach between the outer housing and the inner housing by controlling contact between the board fixing member and the third protrusion.   
     
     
         10 . An electronic device comprising:
 a display panel comprising a display screen;   a board on which a component is mounted; and   a housing configured to support the display panel in a state in which a front face of the display screen is exposed, and configured to house the board,   wherein the housing comprises an outer housing forming an outline and an inner housing disposed between the display panel and the board.
