Abstract

A candle stand that displays dynamically by a lit candle is revealed. The candle stand includes a liquid container with a slot for receiving a candle arranged at on a top thereof, a base disposed under the liquid container, a driving member having a motor and a circuit board, and a candlelight optical sensor arranged on the bottom of the liquid container. When the candle is lit, candlelight triggers the optical sensor that drives the motor working by the circuit board. Thus ornaments move dynamically. When the candle light is over, the motor stops operating.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A candle stand comprising a liquid container, a base, a driving member and at least one candlelight optical sensor;
 wherein the liquid container is filled with aqueous solution and dynamic ornaments therein and having a bottom surface and a slot on top thereof and integrated therewith; the slot is for receiving a candle and having an opening facing upward; candle light from the candle is emitted into an inner space of the liquid container with aqueous solution through an edge of the opening of the slot and is guided to the candlelight optical sensor by light guiding effect of the liquid container; the base is disposed under the liquid container and the driving member is mounted in the base; the driving member includes a circuit board and a motor; when the motor operates, the ornaments in the liquid container is driven to move and displayed dynamically; the candlelight optical sensor for receiving certain amount of candle light and being activated is arranged in the base and is separated from the aqueous solution in the liquid container; wherein while the candle is lit, sufficient candle light is guided to the candlelight optical sensor for activation of the candlelight optical sensor and the motor is driven to rotate by the circuit board so as to make the dynamic ornaments in the liquid container move; when the candle light is over, the motor stops rotating.

         2 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the candlelight optical sensor is an infrared sensor or photoresistor.

         3 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the candle includes a LED candle or a light emitting part.

         4 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the liquid container is a glass ball and a bottom surface of the glass ball is closed by a water plug.

         5 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the candlelight optical sensor is disposed outside the liquid container and facing a center of the bottom surface of the liquid container so that sufficient candle light is guided to the candlelight optical sensor for activating the candlelight optical sensor.

         6 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the driving member includes a transparent blade that is arranged on a center of an inner bottom surface of the liquid container and is assembled with a transparent magnetic cover to form an integrate assembly; the integrate assembly is disposed on a transparent shaft moveably and the transparent shaft is arranged at a transparent blade holder; the transparent blade holder is fixed on a central hole of a water plug on the bottom surface of the liquid container and is closed tightly; a groove with an opening facing downward for receiving the candlelight optical sensor is disposed on a lower part of the transparent shaft so that the candlelight optical sensor is arranged on the other side of the water plug and is separated from the aqueous solution in the liquid container.

         7 . The device as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the driving member includes a motor magnetic plate that is arranged outside the liquid container, driven by the motor, and magnetically coupled to the transparent magnetic cover; when the motor magnetic plate outside the liquid container driven by the motor rotates, the transparent magnetic over inside the liquid container is rotated synchronously due to magnetic coupling interaction.

         8 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an external light sensor is disposed beside an outer edge of the bottom surface of the liquid container, outside the liquid container; the external light sensor, the candlelight optical sensor and the circuit board form a light comparison circuit; when external light is with higher intensity and emitted directly to the liquid container, light intensity detected by the candlelight optical sensor is lower than light intensity measured by the external light sensor so that the motor is not driven by the light comparison circuit to work; when the candle in the slot on top of the liquid container is lit, sufficient candlelight is guided to the candlelight optical sensor by the light guiding effect of the liquid container and light intensity detected by the candlelight optical sensor is higher than light intensity measured by the external light sensor; the motor is driven by the light comparison circuit to rotate.
