Multiple Straw Fluid Dispenser

Abstract

A multiple straw fluid dispenser is disclosed including a cap assembly containing two or more straws, each of the straws are accessible to one or more users for the purpose of drinking one or more fluids. Each straw includes a back flow prevention means allowing users to drink a fluid or fluids independent of other users and or other fluids. The fluid dispenser may be used in a conjunction with a multiple compartment fluid storage container or a single compartment storage container.

1 . A multiple straw fluid dispenser comprising:
 a cap assembly containing two or more straws, each of said two or more straws accessible to one or more users for the purpose of drinking one or more fluids;   two or more straw elements, each of said two or more straw elements having a first end and a second end, wherein each of said two or more straw elements first ends are connected to said cap assembly and each of said two or more straw elements second ends are disposed in one or more fluids; and   a back flow prevention means located within said cap assembly or within said two or more straw elements or within said two or more straws.   
     
     
         2 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 1  further comprising an indicial advertising plug connected to said cap assembly, wherein said indicia advertising plug is within direct eye sight of said one or more users while said one or more users is drinking said one or more fluids through one or more of said two or more straws. 
     
     
         3 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 2  further comprising a container for storing said one or more fluids. 
     
     
         4 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 3  wherein said container is partitioned for storing said one or more fluids. 
     
     
         5 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 4  wherein said two or more straws are removable from said cap assembly. 
     
     
         6 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 5  wherein said two or more straws have indicial markings relating to both said one or more fluids and said one or more users. 
     
     
         7 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 5  wherein said two or more straws are disposable and flexible. 
     
     
         8 . A multiple straw fluid dispenser comprising:
 a cap assembly containing two or more straws, each of said two or more straws accessible to one or more users for the purpose of drinking one or more fluids;   two or more straw elements, wherein each of said two or more straw elements has a first end and a second end, wherein each of said two or more straw elements first ends are connected to said cap assembly and each of said two or more straw elements second ends are disposed in one or more fluids;   a back flow prevention means located within said cap assembly or within said two or more straw elements or within said two or more straws; and   an indicial advertising plug connected to said cap assembly, wherein said indicial advertising plug is within direct eye sight of said one or more users while said one or more users is drinking said one or more fluids through one or more of said two or more straws.   
     
     
         9 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 8  further comprising a container for storing said one or more fluids. 
     
     
         10 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 9  wherein said container is partitioned for storing said one or more fluids. 
     
     
         11 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 10  wherein said two or more straws are removable from said cap assembly. 
     
     
         12 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 11  wherein said two or more straws have indicial markings relating to both said one or more fluids and said one or more users. 
     
     
         13 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 11  wherein said two or more straws are disposable and flexible. 
     
     
         14 . A multiple straw fluid dispenser comprising:
 a container with two or more internal compartments for storing dispensable fluids;   one or more straw elements disposed in each of said container compartments;   a cap assembly in direct contact with said container and with said one or more straw elements disposed in each of said container compartments; and   one or more straws attached to said cap assembly.   
     
     
         15 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 14  wherein a back flow prevention means is attached to each of said one or more straw elements. 
     
     
         16 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 14  wherein a back flow prevention means is attached said cap assembly. 
     
     
         17 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 14  wherein a back flow prevention means is attached to each of said one or more straws. 
     
     
         18 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 14  further comprising a handle attached to said cap assembly. 
     
     
         19 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 14  further comprising an indicial advertising plug attached to said cap assembly. 
     
     
         20 . The multiple straw fluid dispenser of  claim 19  wherein said indicial advertising plug contains one or more barcodes representing said dispensable fluids in said two or more internal compartments.
