Claims

Abstract

A device for spray lubrication of a wind turbine transmission is provided. The device includes a transmission enclosed by a housing, a first oil spray unit and a second oil spray unit. Both of the oil spray units are arranged in the interior of the housing. The first oil spray unit is embodied to spray oil at a first temperature in the interior of the transmission housing, while the second oil spray unit is embodied to spray oil at a second temperature in the interior of the transmission housing, wherein the first and the second temperature differ from each other.

         10 . A device for spray lubrication of a wind turbine transmission, the device comprising:
 a transmission enclosed by a housing,   a first oil spray unit, and   a second oil spray unit,   wherein the first oil spray unit and the second oil spray unit are arranged in an interior of the housing,   wherein the first oil spray unit is configured to spray oil at a first temperature in the interior of the transmission housing,   wherein the second oil spray unit is configured to spray oil at a second temperature in the interior of the transmission housing, and   wherein the first and the second temperature differ from each other.   
     
     
         11 . The device as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the difference between the first and second temperature is selected in such a way that some of the oil particles of the sprayed oil ascend and some of the oil particles of the sprayed oil descend, and an oil mist arises as a result of the mixing of the ascending and descending oil particles, whose position in the interior of the housing changes. 
     
     
         12 . The device as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the arrangement of the oil spray units is configured in such a way that some of the oil particles of the sprayed oil ascend and some of the oil particles of the sprayed oil descend, and an oil mist arises as a result of the mixing of the ascending and descending oil particles, whose position in the interior of the housing changes. 
     
     
         13 . The device as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the temperature difference between the first and the second temperature is arranged in the range 40° C. to 60° C. 
     
     
         14 . The device as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the first oil spray unit is configured for spraying oil at a temperature of approximately 40° C. 
     
     
         15 . The device as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the second oil spray unit is configured for spraying oil at a temperature of approximately 90° C. 
     
     
         16 . The device as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the first oil spray unit is arranged above moving parts of the transmission. 
     
     
         17 . The device as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the second oil spray unit is arranged below moving parts of the transmission. 
     
     
         18 . The device as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the oil spray units are embodied in such a way that they spray oil particles with a diameter in the range of 1 μm to 20 μm. 
     
     
         19 . A method for spray lubrication of a wind turbine transmission arranged in a housing, the method comprising:
 spraying at least two oils into the housing,   wherein the at least two oils differ from each other in their temperature.   
     
     
         20 . The method as claimed in  claim 19 , in which the at least two oils are sprayed with a temperature difference such that some of the oil particles of the sprayed oil ascend and some of the oil particles of the sprayed oil descend, so that an oil mist arises as a result of the mixing of the ascending and descending oil particles, whose position in the interior of the housing changes. 
     
     
         21 . The method as claimed in  claim 19 , in which the spraying of the oils in the housing interior takes place in such a way that some of the oil particles of the sprayed oil rise and some of the oil particles of the sprayed oil sink, and the ascending and descending oil particles mix, so that an oil mist arises, whose position in the interior of the housing changes.
