Claims
Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a cooking appliance. The cooking appliance of the disclosure comprises a cavity, in which the top surface thereof has a curvature, providing cooking space of food; a first heat source positioned at the top of the cavity while having the curvature corresponding to the top surface of the cavity and heating interior space of the cavity; a first heat source positioned at the bottom of the cavity and heating interior space of the cavity; and a discharge port discharging the discharge gas into the exterior space.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A cooking appliance, comprising:
a cavity, in which the top surface thereof is formed to be rounded with a predetermined curvature, providing a space for cooking food; a first heat source disposed in the top surface of the cavity, formed to be rounded to allow at least one side thereof and top of the cavity to have the same curvature as each other and providing radiant heat for heating food placed in the interior space of the cavity; and a second heat source disposed in the bottom of the cavity and heating food placed in the interior space of the cavity.
2 . The cooking appliance according to claim 1 ,
wherein the first heat source is a surface burning burner directly fixed at the top surface of the cavity.
3 . The cooking appliance according to claim 1 ,
wherein the first heat sources are configured in plural to be spaced by the predetermined distance apart from each other.
4 . The cooking appliance according to claim 3 ,
wherein geometric centers of the first heat sources are positioned at heights different from each other.
5 . The cooking appliance according to claim 1 ,
further comprising a separating plate partitioning the interior space of the cavity into a top space and a bottom space.
6 . The cooking appliance according to claim 4 ,
wherein the first heat sources heat the food of the top space of the cavity partitioned by the separation place, the second heat sources heat the food of the bottom space of the cavity partitioned by the separation plate.
7 . The cooking appliance according to claim 4 ,
further comprising a discharge port discharging discharge gas of the interior space of the cavity into the outside.
8 . The cooking appliance according to claim 7 ,
wherein the discharge ports are positioned respectively at the top space and bottom space of the cavity partitioned by the separation place.
9 . A cooking appliance, comprising:
a cavity providing a cooking space of food; a separation plate partitioning an interior space of the cavity into a top space and a bottom space; a first heat source disposed in the top of the cavity and heating food placed in the interior space of the cavity; and a second heat source disposed in the bottom of the cavity and heating food placed in the interior space of the cavity; wherein in the top space and the bottom space of the cavity partitioned by the separation plate, the profiles in the left and right directions are different from each other.
10 . The cooking appliance according to claim 9 ,
wherein the first heat sources are configured in plural positioned to be spaced apart from each other along with the top surface of the cavity.
11 . The cooking appliance according to claim 10 ,
wherein the first heat sources supply radiant heat to the top space of the cavity.
12 . The cooking appliance according to claim 11 ,
wherein the shortest distances from the first heat sources to the top surface of the separating plate are different from each other.
13 . The cooking appliance according to claim 11 ,
wherein imaginary lines are crossed each other in the direction providing the radiant heat from the first heat source to the top space of the cavity.
14 . The cooking appliance according to claim 9 ,
further comprising a top discharge port discharging discharge gas of the top space of the cavity into the outside; and a bottom discharge port discharging discharge gas of the top space of the cavity into the outside.
15 . The cooking appliance according to claim 9 ,
wherein the top surface of the top space of the cavity is formed to be rounded with a predetermined curvature, the top surface of the bottom space of the cavity is formed to be flat.Cited by (0)
