40 . A method of inhibiting angiogenesis, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of a pharmaceutical preparation comprising a Δ4,5 unsaturated glycuronidase or an expression vector encoding the glycuronidase.

42 . The method of claim 40 , wherein the subject is administered with the pharmaceutical preparation in an amount effective in inhibiting cellular proliferation.
