Abstract

System(s) and method(s) provide access management to femto cell service through access control list(s) (e.g., white list(s), or black list(s)). White list(s) includes a set of subscriber station(s) identifier numbers, codes, or tokens, and also can include additional fields for femto cell access management based on desired complexity. White list(s) can have associated white list profile(s) therewith to establish logic of femto coverage access based on the white list(s). A mechanism for reciprocal addition of access field attributes in access control lists and white list profiles also is provided. The mechanism allows at least in part for a first subscriber to be added to a configured white list of a second subscriber, when the first subscriber configures a new white list, the second subscriber is reciprocally incorporated in the new white list. Such mechanism can be driven and facilitates generation of associations among groups of subscribers that share specific commonalities.

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . A system, comprising:
a data mining component configured to receive subscriber data related to a set of subscribers associated with a set of access control lists; and an access management component configured to determine an association between a subset of the set of subscribers based on an analysis of the subscriber data, and create a hierarchical structure representing a subset of the set of access control lists based on the association.

2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the access management component is further configured to facilitate forward sharing of a device identifier attribute field between a subset of the set of access control lists that is associated with the subset of the set of subscribers.

3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the data mining component is further configured to obtain social interaction data related to the set of subscribers from a social network.

4 . The system of claim 3 , wherein the analysis is a first analysis and the access management component is further configured to determine the association based on a second analysis of the social interaction data.

5 . The system of claim 3 , wherein the data mining component is further configured to classify the social interaction data into a set of segments in accordance with a set of criteria that is related to social activity, wherein a segment of the set of segments includes a set of networks of femto service subscribers.

6 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the data mining component is further configured to classify the social interaction data into the set of segments by utilization of a machine learning model.

7 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising: a format component configured to reformat the hierarchical structure to reduce a size of the hierarchical structure.

8 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising: a security component configured to receive an authorization from a first subscriber of the set of subscribers, expose an identity associated with a communication device of the first subscriber, and facilitate management of a white list associated with a femto access point of a second subscriber of the set of subscribers.

9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the access management component is further configured to add data associated with the identity to the white list, in response to receipt of the authorization.

10 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the identity is a first identity, the communication device is a first communication device, the white list is a second white list, and the femto access point is a second femto access point, and wherein the access management component is further configured to provide a recommendation indicative of a second identity associated with a second communication device of the second subscriber, to facilitate management of a first white list associated with a first femto access point of the first subscriber.

11 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the access management component is further configured to add data associated with the second identity to the first white list, based on receipt of a confirmation in response to the recommendation.

         12 . A method comprising:
analyzing, by a system comprising at least one computer, data related to subscribers associated with access control lists; identifying, by the system, a relationship between a portion of the subscribers, based on the analyzing; and generating, by the system, a hierarchical structure of a portion of the access control lists based on the relationship.

13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the generating includes creating, by the system, a white list tree.

14 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising: receiving, by the system, the data from a core-network data store.

15 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising: receiving, by the system, the data from a social networking platform.

16 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising: forward sharing a device identifier attribute field between the portion of access control lists by utilizing the hierarchical structure.

17 . The method of claim 16 , further comprising: implementing, by the system, a privacy policy that enables the subscribers to control the forward sharing.

18 . A computer-readable medium having instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution, cause a system to perform operations, comprising:
analyzing data related to a first subscriber and a second subscriber associated with a first access control list and a second access control list respectively; identifying an association between the first subscriber and the second subscriber, based on the analyzing; and generating a hierarchical structure associated with the first access control list and the second access control list as a function of the association.

         19 .
