Abstract

A container data center includes a container having a top wall and a number of sidewalls, a water supply pipe arranged over the top wall, a gutter disposed adjacent to a bottom of the container, a cistern communicating with the gutter, a water pump connected between the cistern and the water supply pipe, and a cooler mounted to an end of the water supply pipe connected to the water pump. An inlet and an outlet of the water pump are correspondingly connected to the cistern and water supply pipe. The water supply pipe defines a number of water discharge holes.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A container data center comprising:
a container comprising a top wall, a bottom wall, and a plurality of sidewalls connected between the top wall and the bottom wall, the top wall, bottom wall, and sidewalls corporately bounding a receiving space to accommodate a plurality IT equipment therein; a water supply pipe arranged over the top wall of the container and defining a plurality of water discharge holes; a gutter disposed adjacent to a bottom of the container; a cistern filled with water and communicating with the gutter; a water pump comprising an inlet connected to the cistern and an outlet connected to the water supply pipe; and a cooler mounted to an end of the water supply pipe connected to the outlet of the water pump; wherein the water is pumped by the water pump, and driven into the water supply pipe after being cooled by the cooler, the cooled water is sprayed on the top wall of the container through the water discharge holes of the water supply pipe, flows down along the sidewalls of the container into the gutter, and then is accumulated into the cistern.

2 . The container data center of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of holes of the water supply pipe are evenly spaced along a lengthwise direction of the water supply pipe.

3 . The container data center of claim 1 , wherein a nozzle is installed to each of the plurality of holes of the water supply pipe.

4 . The container data center of claim 1 , wherein a temperature sensing element is arranged at the inlet of the water pump to monitor the air temperature surrounding the container and the temperature of the water pumped by the pump.

5 . The container data center of claim 1 , wherein a plurality of partitioning plates is arranged around the container to prevent equipments adjacent to the container from being splashed.

         6 . A container data center comprising:
a portable container comprising a top wall, a bottom wall, and a plurality of sidewalls connected between the top wall and the bottom wall, the top wall, bottom wall, and sidewalls corporately bounding a receiving space to accommodate a plurality IT equipment therein; and a water supply pipe arranged over the top wall of the container and defining a plurality of water discharge holes, wherein cooled water flows in the water supply pipe and is sprayed on the top wall of the container through the plurality of water discharge holes.

7 . The container data center of claim 6 , further comprising a water pump and a cistern, wherein water is pumped out of the cistern by the water pump to enter the water supply pipe.

8 . The container data center of claim 7 , further comprising a cooler, wherein before entering the water supply pipe, the water is cooled by the cooler.
