Abstract

An enclosure for a power generation system is disclosed. The enclosure includes a plurality of sidewalls and a roof extending generally transverse to the plurality of sidewalls. The enclosure further includes a plurality of latches, each of the plurality of latches associated with one of the roof or a sidewall, and a plurality of engagement features, each of the plurality of engagement features associated with the other of the roof or a sidewall. Each of the plurality of latches is configured to engage one of the plurality of engagement features to releasably fasten the roof to the plurality of sidewalls.

1 . An enclosure for a power generation system, the enclosure comprising:
 a plurality of sidewalls;   a roof extending generally transverse to the plurality of sidewalls;   a plurality of latches, each of the plurality of latches associated with one of the roof or a sidewall; and   a plurality of engagement features, each of the plurality of engagement features associated with the other of the roof or a sidewall,   wherein each of the plurality of latches is configured to engage one of the plurality of engagement features to releasably fasten the roof to the plurality of sidewalls.   
     
     
         2 . The enclosure of  claim 1 , wherein a portion of the plurality of latches are associated with at least one of the plurality of sidewalls, and wherein a portion of the plurality of engagement features are associated with at least another of the plurality of sidewalls. 
     
     
         3 . The enclosure of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of sidewalls includes a forward sidewall, an aft sidewall, a righthand sidewall, and a lefthand sidewall. 
     
     
         4 . The enclosure of  claim 3 , wherein a portion of the plurality of latches are associated with the righthand sidewall and the lefthand sidewall, and wherein a portion of the plurality of engagement features are associated with the forward sidewall and the aft sidewall. 
     
     
         5 . The enclosure of  claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of shear pins, each of the plurality of shear pins associated with one of the roof or a sidewall, further defining a plurality of bore holes, each of the plurality of bore holes associated with the other of the roof or a sidewall, each of the bore holes configured to accept one of the plurality of shear pins, aligning the roof with the respective sidewall. 
     
     
         6 . The enclosure of  claim 5 , wherein each of the plurality of shear pins generally tapers at least partially between a base and a tip. 
     
     
         7 . The enclosure of  claim 6 , wherein each of the plurality of bore holes is configured to generally mate with the base of the respective shear pin. 
     
     
         8 . The enclosure of  claim 5 , wherein each of the plurality of shear pins is associated with a sidewall, and wherein the roof defines the plurality of bore holes. 
     
     
         9 . The enclosure of  claim 1 , the roof including a plurality of roof sections. 
     
     
         10 . The enclosure of  claim 9 , further comprising a plurality of mechanical fasteners configured to fasten the plurality of roof sections together. 
     
     
         11 . The enclosure of  claim 1 , each of the engagement features including a hook configured to engage the respective latch. 
     
     
         12 . The enclosure of  claim 1 , each of the latches including a U-bolt configured to engage the respective engagement feature. 
     
     
         13 . The enclosure of  claim 1 , each of the plurality of latches pivotable to releasably fasten the roof to the plurality of sidewalls. 
     
     
         14 . An enclosure for a power generation system, the enclosure comprising:
 a plurality of sidewalls, the plurality of sidewalls including a forward sidewall, an aft sidewall, a righthand sidewall, and a lefthand sidewall;   a roof extending generally transverse to the plurality of sidewalls;   a plurality of latches, each of the plurality of latches associated with one of the roof or a sidewall;   a plurality of engagement features, each of the plurality of engagement features associated with the other of the roof or a sidewall;   a plurality of shear pins, each of the plurality of shear pins associated with one of the roof or a sidewall; and   a plurality of bore holes, each of the plurality of bore holes defined in the other of the roof or a sidewall,   wherein each of the plurality of latches is configured to engage one of the plurality of engagement features to releasably fasten the roof to the plurality of sidewall, and   wherein each of the bore holes is configured to accept one of the plurality of shear pins, aligning the roof with the respective sidewall.   
     
     
         15 . The enclosure of  claim 14 , wherein a portion of the plurality of latches are associated with at least one of the plurality of sidewalls, and wherein a portion of the plurality of engagement features are associated with at least another of the plurality of sidewalls. 
     
     
         16 . The enclosure of  claim 14 , wherein a portion of the plurality of latches are associated with the righthand sidewall and the lefthand sidewall, and wherein a portion of the plurality of engagement features are associated with the forward sidewall and the aft sidewall. 
     
     
         17 . The enclosure of  claim 14 , wherein each of the plurality of shear pins generally tapers at least partially between a base and a tip. 
     
     
         18 . The enclosure of  claim 17 , wherein each of the plurality of bore holes is configured to generally mate with the base of the respective shear pin. 
     
     
         19 . The enclosure of  claim 14 , wherein each of the plurality of shear pins is associated with a sidewall, and wherein the roof defines the plurality of bore holes. 
     
     
         20 . The enclosure of  claim 14 , the roof including a plurality of roof sections, further comprising a plurality of mechanical fasteners configured to fasten the plurality of roof sections together.
