Abstract

The present invention describes antibodies that target CD19, wherein the antibodies comprise at least one modification relative to a parent antibody, wherein the modification alters affinity to an FcγR or alters effector function as compared to the parent antibody. Also disclosed are methods of using the antibodies of the invention.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 25 . (canceled)

26 . An antibody that binds CD19, said antibody comprising a light chain comprising SEQ ID NO: 106, and a heavy chain comprising SEQ ID NO: 87.

27 . A composition comprising a plurality of glycosylated antibodies according to claim 26 , wherein about 80-100% of the glycosylated antibody in the composition comprises a mature core carbohydrate structure which lacks fucose.

28 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising an antibody according to claim 26 , and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

29 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a composition according to claim 27 , and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

30 . A nucleic acid encoding the heavy chain sequence and the light chain sequence according to claim 26 .

31 . A method of treating a disease selected from the group consisting of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (B-ALL), and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) comprising administering an antibody according to claim 26 .

32 . A method of treating a disease selected from the group consisting of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (B-ALL), and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) comprising administering a composition according to claim 27 .

33 . A method of treating a disease selected from the group consisting of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (B-ALL), and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) comprising administering a pharmaceutical composition according to claim 28 .

34 . A method of treating a disease selected from the group consisting of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (B-ALL), and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) comprising administering a pharmaceutical composition according to claim 29 .
