Fluid ejection device and medical instrument
Abstract
A fluid ejection device includes a pulsation generator which converts a fluid into a pulsed fluid, a fluid supply unit (supply pump) which supplies the fluid to the pulsation generator, an ejection tube which has an ejection opening communicating with the pulsation generator, a suction tube into which the ejection tube is inserted with play, a suction channel provided between the suction tube and the ejection tube, a suction opening provided at an end of the suction channel in a vicinity of the ejection opening, and a suction unit (suction pump) which sucks fluid in such a manner that the fluid introduced from the suction opening passes through the suction channel. The ejection opening is held by an inner circumferential part of the suction opening. According to this structure, vibration of the ejection tube in the vicinity of the ejection opening can be reduced.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A fluid ejection device comprising:
a pulsation generator which converts a fluid into a pulsed fluid; a fluid supply unit which supplies the fluid to the pulsation generator; an ejection tube which has an ejection opening communicating with the pulsation generator; a suction tube into which the ejection tube is inserted with play; a suction channel provided between the inner circumferential surface of the suction tube and the outer circumferential surface of the ejection tube; a suction opening provided at an end of the suction channel in a vicinity of the ejection opening; and a suction unit which sucks the ejected fluid in such a manner that the ejected fluid introduced from the suction opening passes through the suction channel, wherein the ejection opening is held by an inner circumferential part of the suction opening.
2 . The fluid ejection device according to claim 1 , wherein a cross-sectional shape of the suction opening in a direction perpendicular to an extending direction of the suction tube is a flat shape.
3 . The fluid ejection device according to claim 1 , wherein a cross-sectional shape of the suction opening in a direction perpendicular to an extending direction of the suction tube is a substantially elliptic shape.
4 . The fluid ejection device according to claim 1 , wherein the ejection opening is positioned substantially at a center of the suction opening.
5 . The fluid ejection device according to claim 1 , wherein a tip of the suction tube including the suction opening engages with the suction tube in such a manner as to be rotatable around an axis of the suction tube.
6 . A medical instrument, comprising the fluid ejection device according to claim 1 .
7 . A medical instrument, comprising the fluid ejection device according to claim 2 .
8 . A medical instrument, comprising the fluid ejection device according to claim 3 .
9 . A medical instrument, comprising the fluid ejection device according to claim 4 .
10 . A medical instrument, comprising the fluid ejection device according to claim 5 .
11 . A fluid ejection device comprising:
a pulsation generator which converts a fluid into a pulsed fluid; a fluid supply unit which supplies the fluid to the pulsation generator; an ejection tube which has an ejection opening communicating with the pulsation generator; and a suction tube into which the ejection tube is inserted, wherein a holding area formed in an end of the suction tube is configured to hold the ejection tube, wherein the ejection tube and the suction tube are configured to provide a suction channel between the ejection tube and the suction tube, wherein a suction opening to access the suction channel is formed in a vicinity of a tip of the ejection tube.
12 . The fluid ejection device of claim 11 , wherein the holding area has a cross sectional area that is substantially elliptical, wherein the ejection tube is held at at least two points opposing points of the corresponding to a position of a minor axis of the cross sectional area.
13 . The fluid ejection device of claim 11 , wherein the holding area has a cross sectional area that is substantially rectangular.
14 . The fluid ejection device of claim 11 , wherein the holding area configured to rotate relative to the ejection tube.Cited by (0)
