System and Method for Creating Ink Art
Abstract
A system, method and apparatus is disclosed for coloring a substantially wicking substrate comprising applying to a substantially wicking substrate an ink comprising a first dye and a second dye applying a first solvent to the substantially wicking substrate to move the first dye and or the second dye in a defined direction coloring at least a portion of the substantially wicking substrate by allowing the first solvent to move through a portion of the first dye for a first distance from the point of origin of the ink and the second dye a second distance from the point of origin of the ink wherein the first distance is sufficiently different from the second distance to visualize a separation between the first dye and the second dye shaping a portion of the colored wicking substrate into a form and affixing the form onto a support for display.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An object shaped solvent applicator holder for holding a solvent applicator at a distance in relation to a substantially wicking substrate comprising:
a suspending member for suspending a solvent applicator above a substantially wicking substrate resting on a surface; and a base of the solvent applicator holder that rests upon the surface and keeps the solvent applicator in a substantially vertical position above the substantially wicking substrate such that the solvent within the solvent applicator is in communication with the substantially wicking substrate.
2 . The holder of claim 1 wherein the object shaped solvent applicator holder is an animal or plant shaped holder.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
