Abstract

The present invention relates to compounds that modulate various chemokine receptors. These compounds are useful for treating inflammatory and immune diseases.

 where R 1  and R 2  are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C 1-8  alkyl, C 2-8  alkenyl, C 2-8  alkynyl, C 6-10  aryl, 5- to 10-membered heteroaryl, and 3- to 10-membered heterocycle, or when R 1  and R 2  are attached to the same nitrogen atom, can be combined with the nitrogen atom to form a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclyl; and
