Curtain Pole Assembly Having Detachable Structure
Abstract
A curtain pole assembly includes two poles, a connecting rod inserted between the poles, and two pressing caps each mounted on the connecting rod and each pressing a respective one of the poles. The connecting rod has two protruding blocks each inserted into a respective one of the poles and each provided with an outer threaded portion. Each of the pressing caps has an inner threaded portion screwed onto the outer threaded portion of the respective protruding block. Each of the pressing caps has a peripheral wall provided with a slit. Each of the protruding blocks of the connecting rod has a tapered shape and has a size reduced gradually and outwardly.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A curtain pole assembly, comprising:
two poles; a connecting rod inserted between the two poles; and two pressing caps each mounted on the connecting rod and each pressing a respective one of the two poles; the connecting rod has two protruding blocks provided at two opposite ends thereof; each of the two protruding blocks of the connecting rod is inserted into a respective one of the two poles; each of the two protruding blocks of the connecting rod has a periphery provided with an outer threaded portion; each of the two pressing caps has an inner wall provided with an inner threaded portion screwed onto the outer threaded portion of the respective protruding block; each of the two pressing caps has a peripheral wall provided with an axially extending slit.
2 . The curtain pole assembly of claim 1 , wherein
the connecting rod has a diameter slightly smaller than an inner diameter of each of the two poles; each of the two protruding blocks of the connecting rod has a tapered shape and has a size reduced gradually and outwardly; each of the two poles has an inner wall; each of the two pressing caps has an outer wall pressing the inner wall of the respective pole; the slit of each of the two pressing caps extends through a whole thickness of each of the two pressing caps to make each of the two pressing caps flexible so that each of the two pressing caps is expandable radially and outwardly toward the respective pole.
3 . The curtain pole assembly of claim 1 , wherein
the connecting rod has a middle position provided with an enlarged collar located between the two poles and pressing the inner wall of the respective pole; the two poles are juxtaposed to each other; each of the two poles has a tubular shape.
4 . The curtain pole assembly of claim 1 , wherein
each of the two pressing caps is mounted on a respective one of the two protruding blocks of the connecting rod; each of the two pressing caps is located between the respective protruding block of the connecting rod and the respective pole; each of the two protruding blocks of the connecting rod has an end face provided with an enlarged stop flange to stop movement of a respective one of the two pressing caps; the inner wall of each of the two pressing caps is provided with a through hole to limit the stop flange of the respective protruding block.
5 . The curtain pole assembly of claim 1 , wherein
the stop flange of each of the two protruding blocks has an annular shape and protrudes radially and outwardly; the through hole of each of the two pressing caps extends through a whole length of each of the two pressing caps; the through hole of each of the two pressing caps has a diameter smaller than that of the stop flange of the respective protruding block.
6 . The curtain pole assembly of claim 1 , wherein the outer wall of each of the two pressing caps is provided with a plurality of pressing ribs pressing the inner wall of the respective pole.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
