Abstract

The present invention relates to muscle repair promoters for topical application that contain a colony-stimulating factor (CSF) as an active ingredient. The muscle repair promoters of the present invention exhibit their effect at low doses, particularly when they are administered intramuscularly.

1 . A muscle repair promoter for topical administration, which contains a granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) as an active ingredient. 
     
     
         2 . The muscle repair promoter according to  claim 1 , wherein the topical administration is intramuscular administration. 
     
     
         3 . The muscle repair promoter according to  claim 1 , which is to be administered within a period of 2-10 days after muscle injury. 
     
     
         4 . The muscle repair promoter according to  claim 1 , which is to be administered at an interval of 4 days. 
     
     
         5 . The muscle repair promoter according to  claim 3 , which is to be administered in a total dosage of 0.2-50 μg/kg within the period of 2-10 days after muscle injury.
