Dual impact absorbing shoe having easily replaceable heel
Abstract
A main object of the present invention is to enable anyone to replace a worn out or damaged heel simply by pulling out the heel and inserting a new heel without using a separate adhesive or work piece and a fastening element during replacement of the heel. Another object of the present invention is to securely hold a replaced heel and restrict the heel in horizontal, vertical and back-and-forth directions while in use to prevent separation and disengagement, thereby improving usability. Still another object of the present invention is to reduce shoe repair costs once a heel of the shoe is replaced and resolve any inconvenience and trouble involved in requesting repair by a shoe repair expert, thereby motivating customers to purchase shoes, as well as to increase the life of those shoes, thereby improving the economic value and be environmentally friendly. In particular, the present invention is adapted to running shoes since the heel has an airbag inserted therein and can absorb dual impact thereby enhancing the function of the shoes.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A dual impact absorbing shoe having an easily replaceable heel of which a shoe is formed of a predetermined shaped shoe body for accommodating a human body's foot therein, and a heel member fixedly attached to a heel portion of an underside of the shoe body, comprising:
an improved heel member including: a main frame which is fixedly attached to an underside of the shoe body and is formed of a slide groove formed along an outer circumferential surface of a rear end portion of the same, an engaging rim bent in a direction of the slide groove at both sides of an upper surface of the same, an accommodation part formed at its upper surface with a certain depth, and an engaging hole vertically passing through the interior of the accommodation part; a sub-frame which is formed of a lay-down channel-shaped (⊃-shaped) insertion end portion protruded upwardly from a surrounding area of a bottom plate having a predetermined size, an insertion groove which is formed along an inner surrounding area of the insertion grove for receiving an end portion of the underside of the main frame along an inner surrounding area of the insertion end portion and an engaging hole formed at the bottom plate and corresponding to the engaging hole of the main frame; and a locking part which is disposed between the shoe body and the main frame and is accommodated in the accommodation part of the main frame and has an engaging protrusion formed at an underside of the locking part and respectively inserted into both the engaging hole of the main framed and the engaging hole of the sub-frame, said sub-frame being restricted to its movement in upward and downward directions and leftward and rightward directions as the insertion end portion is inserted into the slide groove of the main frame, and then the sub-frame is inserted into an end portion of the underside of the main frame and the engaging rim, respectively, and sub-frame being restricted to its movement in forward and backward directions as the engaging protrusion of the locking part is inserted into the engaging hole of the main frame and the engaging hole of the sub-frame, respectively.
2 . A dual impact absorbing shoe having an easily replaceable heel according to claim 1 , wherein said heel member further includes:
a spring installed between an underside of the shoe body and an upper surface of the locking part, thus providing an elastic force to the locking part, so the locking part remains inserted into both the engaging hole of the main frame and the engaging hole of the sub-frame, respectively.
3 . A dual impact absorbing shoe having an easily replaceable heel according to claim 1 , wherein said main frame includes an assistant engaging rim formed at both sides of an underside and facing the engaging rim, and said sub-frame is configured in such a way that the guide groove corresponding to the assistant engaging rim communicates with the insertion groove along an inner surrounding area of the insertion end portion, so the end portion of the underside of the main frame and the assistant engaging rim are inserted into the insertion groove and the guide grove of the sub-frame, respectively, thus being engaged with the main frame and the sub-frame, respectively.
4 . A dual impact absorbing shoe having an easily replaceable heel according to claim 1 , wherein said a plurality of impact absorption pads are fixedly attached to between an underside of the main frame and an upper surface of the sub-frame and at an underside of the sub-frame, respectively.
5 . A dual impact absorbing shoe having an easily replaceable heel according to claim 1 , wherein said heel member is characterized in that the sub-frame is formed of either an air-bag type sub-frame of which the interior of an insertion end portion is filled with air wherein the air-bag type sub-frame is applied to a sneaker, or a heel type sub-frame which is applied to a shoe or a casual shoe and is made from a rubber material.
6 . A dual impact absorbing shoe having an easily replaceable heel according to claim 5 , wherein said heel member in which the air-bag type sub-frame is used as a sub-frame, is formed of an upper body and a lower body formed as the main frame is divided and the divided parts are connected, and the air-bag type sub-frame is inserted into between the upper body and the lower body, so the upper body, the lower body and the air-bag type sub-frame function with an air suspension function, and said upper body is attached to an underside of the shoe body, and a slide groove is formed along an outer circumferential surrounding area of the rear end portion, and an engaging rim is formed at both sides of an upper surface and is bend in the direction of the slide groove, and an accommodation part is formed at an upper surface with a set depth, and said lower body has an insertion end portion bent corresponding to the slide groove of the upper body, with the insertion end portion being inserted into the slide groove of the upper body, and the accommodation part of the upper body and the lower body each have an engaging hole formed at corresponding portions, respectively.
7 . A dual impact absorbing shoe having an easily replaceable heel according to claim 2 , wherein said main frame includes an assistant engaging rim formed at both sides of an underside and facing the engaging rim, and said sub-frame is configured in such a way that the guide groove corresponding to the assistant engaging rim communicates with the insertion groove along an inner surrounding area of the insertion end portion, so the end portion of the underside of the main frame and the assistant engaging rim are inserted into the insertion groove and the guide grove of the sub-frame, respectively, thus being engaged with the main frame and the sub-frame, respectively.
8 . A dual impact absorbing shoe having an easily replaceable heel according to claim 2 , wherein said a plurality of impact absorption pads are fixedly attached to between an underside of the main frame and an upper surface of the sub-frame and at an underside of the sub-frame, respectively.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
