Abstract

The present invention provides an isolated polypeptide comprising residues 94-471 of SEQ ID NO: 10, wherein the isolated polypeptide does not comprise amino acid residues 1-47 of SEQ ID NO: 10. Nucleic acids and expression vectors encoding the peptide also are provided.

         13 . An expression vector comprising a polynucleotide sequence that encodes a polypeptide, wherein the polypeptide comprises residues 94-471 of SEQ ID NO: 10, and wherein the polypeptide does not comprise amino acid residues 1-47 of SEQ ID NO:10. 
     
     
         14 . The expression vector of  claim 13 , wherein the polypeptide consists of residues 94-471 of SEQ ID NO: 10.
