Recording medium, recording device, recording method, data search device, data search method, and data generating device

Abstract

A data search device includes a playback unit playing back subjective data representing a subjectivity for predetermined content data from a recording medium on which the subjective data is recorded in association with the content data; a receiving unit receiving subjective data input by a user; and a searching unit searching for the content data in accordance with the subjective data played back by the playback unit and the subjective data received by the receiving unit.

1 . A recording medium having recorded thereon:
 predetermined content data;   subjective data comprising a first subjective word or phrase and a second subjective word or phrase, wherein:
 a first subjective word or phrase comprises a user input word or phrase representing a feeling a user gets from the content data, and 
 a second subjective word or phrase comprises a word or phrase representing a scene corresponding to the content data, the scene describing an atmosphere at which the user listens to or views the content data; and 
   a tag associating the content data with the first subjective word or phrase and second subjective word or phrase, wherein the content data is audio data, image data, or video data.   
     
     
         2 . The recording medium according to  claim 1 , wherein the first subjective word or phrase is data of a language representing an impression. 
     
     
         3 . The recording medium according to  claim 1 , wherein new subjective data can be added to the subjective data, which has been recorded, or the recorded subjective data can be changed. 
     
     
         4 . The recording medium according to  claim 1 , wherein one or more pieces of subjective data are recorded for a piece of content data. 
     
     
         5 . The recording medium according to  claim 1 , wherein the recording medium is an optical disk, a hard disk, a semiconductor memory, a magnetic tape, and/or a server on a network. 
     
     
         6 . A recording device comprising:
 recording means for recording:
 predetermined content data, the predetermined content data being audio and/or image data; 
 subjective data comprising a first subjective word or phrase and a second subjective word or phrase, wherein
 the first subjective word or phrase comprises a user input word or phrase representing an impression of the predetermined content data; 
 the second subjective word or phrase comprises a word or phrase representing a scene corresponding to the content data, the scene describing an atmosphere at which the user listens to or views the predetermined content data; and 
 
 a tag associating the predetermined content data with the subjective data on a predetermined recording medium. 
   
     
     
         7 . A recording method comprising the steps of:
 recording predetermined content data on a predetermined recording medium, the predetermined content data being audio and/or image data;   recording subjective data comprising first subjective data and second subjective data on the predetermined recording medium by:
 recording first subjective data on the predetermined recording medium, the first subjective data comprising a user input word or phrase representing a feeling a user gets from the content data, and 
 recording second subjective data on the predetermined recording medium, the second subjective data comprising a word or phrase representing a scene corresponding to the content data, the scene describing an atmosphere at which the user listens to or views the content data, wherein the second subjective word or phrase is recorded as a result of input by a plurality of users; and 
   recording a tag associating the content data with the subjective data on the predetermined recording medium.   
     
     
         8 . A recording device comprising:
 a recording unit for recording on a predetermined recording medium:
 predetermined content data, the predetermined content data being audio and/or image data; 
 subjective data comprising first subjective data and second subjective data, wherein:
 the first subjective data comprises language representing a user input impression of the content data, and 
 the second subjective data comprises language representing a scene corresponding to the content data, the scene describing an atmosphere at which the user listens to or views the content data; and 
 
 a tag associating the content data with the subjective data.
