Claims
Abstract
The present invention relates to a fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience, comprising a main body, a connecting element, a resilience adjustment set, and a base. By adjusting the distance between the tubes of the resilience adjustment set and the elasticity, the present invention is able to meet various requirements, as well as minimizing the amplitude of oscillation in order to reduce the required space to exercise.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience, comprising:
(a) a main body 10 ; (b) a connecting element 20 , wherein a lower portion thereof is comprised of a bowl or plate shape, and an upper portion thereof is connected to a lower portion of the main body 10 , and wherein the connecting element 20 comprises a bearing positioned at an inner bottom portion; (c) a resilience adjustment set 30 , having an arch opening at a top portion thereof and an inner portion penetrating through the bearing 23 connecting to a lower portion of the connecting element 20 ; and a base, having a joining portion at an upper end and connecting to the lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 .
2 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 1 , wherein the bearing 23 comprises a thrust bearing, hemispherical or a circular structure.
3 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 2 , wherein said base 50 comprises at least one weighing object 51 positioned in an inner portion or above thereof, and weighing object 51 include filling a liquid or solid element to increase weight.
4 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 3 , wherein the main body 10 comprises:
(a) a central bar 11 , and a hollow cylinder comprising:
(a1) a plurality of grooves 111 positioned at two symmetrical sides thereof;
(a2) a plurality of S grooves 112 positioned at two symmetrical sides of grooves 111 ; and
(a3) a joining portion 113 positioned at a lower portion of said central bar 111 ;
(b) an adjusting tube 12 , comprised of a hollow cylinder, positioned concentrically around the central bar 111 , having a plurality of protrusions 121 at the two symmetrical sides thereof; said protrusion 121 buckled to a part of the S groove 112 ;
(c) a punching object 13 , comprised of a foaming material, comprising:
(c1) a third punching element 133 , comprised of a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned around a lower side of the adjusting tube 12 ;
(c2) at least one second punching element 132 , comprised of a hollow cylinder, concentrically positioned around an upper portion of the third punching element 133 ;
(c3) a first punching element 131 , comprised of a hollow cylinder, concentrically positioned around the adjusting tube 12 and above the second punching element 132 ;
(c4) a top portion 134 , comprised of a cylinder, fitted into an inner side of the first punching element 131 and positioned above the adjusting tube 12 ; and
(d) a guard 14 , comprised of hollow structure and made of a soft material, and positioned around the punching element 13 .
5 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 3 , wherein the main body 10 comprises:
(a) a central bar 11 , and a hollow cylinder comprising:
(a1) a plurality of grooves 111 positioned at the two symmetrical sides thereof;
(a2) a plurality of S grooves 112 positioned at the two symmetrical sides of grooves 111 ; and
(a3) a joining portion 113 positioned at a lower portion of the central bar 11 ;
(b) an adjusting tube 12 , comprised of a hollow cylinder, concentrically positioned around the central bar 11 , having a plurality of protrusions 121 at the two symmetrical sides thereof; the protrusion 121 is buckled to the end a part of the S groove 112 ;
(c) a punching object 13 , comprised of an inflating material, a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned around the adjusting tube and comprising a nozzle 135 ; and
(d) a guard 14 , comprised of a hollow structure and a soft material that is positioned around punching element 13 .
6 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 3 , wherein main body 10 comprises:
(a) a central bar 11 , and a hollow cylinder comprising a joining portion 113 positioned at the lower portion of central bar 11 ;
(b) a punching object 13 , comprised of a foaming material, comprising:
(b1) a third punching element 133 , comprised of a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned around a lower outer portion of the adjusting tube 12 ;
(b2) at least one second punching element 132 comprised of a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned above the third punching element 133 ;
(b3) a first punching element 131 , comprised of a hollow cylinder, concentrically positioned around adjusting tube 12 and above second punching element 132 ;
(b4) a top portion 134 , comprised of a cylinder fitting into the inner side of first punching element 131 , positioned above the adjusting tube 12 ; and
(c) a guard 14 , comprised of a hollow structure and a soft material, concentrically positioned around the punching element 13 .
7 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 3 , wherein the main body 10 comprises:
(a) a central bar 11 , comprised of a hollow cylinder and a joining portion 113 positioned at a lower portion of the central bar 11 ;
(b) a punching object 13 , comprised of a nozzle 135 and an inflating material positioned around the hollow cylinder that is concentrically positioned around the adjusting tube; and
(c) a guard 14 , comprised of a hollow structure and a soft material, positioned around the punching element 13 .
8 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 3 , wherein connecting element 20 is comprised of a hollow element having a shape of bowl or plate, comprising:
(a) a first joining portion 21 , positioned at an upper end of the connecting element 20 and connecting to the joining portion 113 of the main body 10 ; and
(b) a second joining portion 22 positioned at a bottom portion of the connecting element 20 and connecting to an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 .
9 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 8 , wherein the resilience adjustment set 30 comprises:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at the an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of the first tube 31 and underneath the connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at a lower portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b) a second tube 32 , positioned at a lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(b1) a first joining portion 321 , positioned at an upper end of the second tube 32 and fit into the joining portion 312 of the first tube 31 ;
(b2) a second joining portion 322 , positioned at a lower portion of second tube 32 and connecting to a joining portion 52 of a base 50 ;
(c) a resilient cylinder 33 , penetrating through the first tube 31 and the second tube 32 , comprising:
(c1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylindrical shape, positioned at an end of the resilient cylinder 33 ; having an end connecting to the second joining portion 22 of the connecting element 20 ;
(c2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylindrical shape, positioned at another end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrating until reaching a bottom portion of the second tube 32 ;
(c3) a first bar 331 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the first joining portion 334 ;
(c4) a second bar 332 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the second joining 335 ;
(c5) a resilient portion 333 , comprised of a resilient cylinder, having an end fixed to another end of the first bar 331 and another end fixed to said second bar 332 .
10 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 8 , wherein the resilience adjustment set 30 comprises:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of the first tube 31 and underneath the connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at a lower portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b) a second tube 32 , positioned at a lower portion of resilience adjustment set 30 and having a first joining portion 321 at an upper portion to fit joining portion 312 of the first tube 31 ,
(c) a resilient element 33 , penetrating through the first tube 31 and the second tube 32 , the resilient element 33 comprising:
(c1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylinder and positioned at the end of resilient cylinder 33 ; having an end connecting to the second joining portion 22 of the connecting element 20 ;
(c2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylinder positioned at another end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrating until reaching a the bottom portion of the second tube 32 ;
(c3) a first bar 331 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of first joining portion 334 ;
(c4) a second bar 332 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the second joining 335 ;
(c5) a resilient portion 333 , comprised of a resilient cylinder, having an end fixed to an end of the first bar 331 and another end fixed to said second bar 332 .
11 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 4 , wherein the resilience adjustment set 30 further comprising:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of the first tube 31 and underneath the connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at a lower portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b) a second tube 32 , positioned at a lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(b1) a first joining portion 321 , positioned at an upper end of the second tube 32 and fitting into the joining portion 312 of the first tube 31 ;
(b2) a second joining portion 322 , positioned at the lower portion of the second tube 32 and connecting to a joining portion 52 of a base 50 ;
(c) a resilient cylinder 33 , penetrating through the first tube 31 and the second tube 32 , comprising:
(c1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylinder and positioned at an end of the resilient cylinder 33 , having an end penetrating through connecting element 20 to further connect to the joining portion 113 of the main body 10 ;
(c2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylinder positioned at another end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrating until reaching a bottom portion of the second tube 32 ;
(c3) a first bar 331 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the first joining portion 334 ;
(c4) a second bar 332 , a cylinder connecting to another end of the second joining portion 335 ; and
(c5) a resilient portion 333 , comprised of a resilient cylinder, having an end fixed to an end of the first bar 331 and another end fixed to second bar 332 .
12 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 8 , wherein the resilience adjustment set 30 comprises:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of the first tube 31 and underneath connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at a lower portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b) a second tube 32 , positioned at a lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 ; having its first joining portion 321 at an upper portion to connect to the joining portion 312 of the first tube 31 and further comprising:
(c) a resilient element 33 , penetrating through the first tube 31 and the second tube 32 , the resilient element 33 comprising:
(c1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylinder and positioned at an end of the resilient cylinder 33 , having an end connecting to the second joining portion 22 of the connecting element 20 ;
(c2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylinder and positioned at another end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrating until reaching a bottom portion of the second tube 32 ;
(c3) a first bar 331 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the first joining portion 334 ;
(c4) a second bar 332 , comprised of a cylinder and connecting to another end of the second joining 335 ; and
(c5) a resilient portion 333 , comprised of a resilient cylinder, having an end fixed to an end of the first bar 331 and another end fixed to an end of the second bar 332 .

A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 10 , wherein a connecting bar 60 is positioned between resilience adjustment set 30 and base 50 ; an upper distal end of the connecting bar 60 is connected to the lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , and a the lower distal end is connected to the joining portion 52 of the base 50 .

A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 12 , wherein a connecting bar 60 is positioned between the resilience adjustment set 30 and the base 50 ; an upper distal end of the connecting bar 60 is connected to the lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , and a the lower distal end is connected to the joining portion 52 of the base 50 .
15 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 13 , wherein the connecting bar 60 comprising:
(a) a first connecting bar 61 , having a joining portion 611 and connecting to an end of the second joining portion 335 of the resilience adjustment set 30 ;
(b) a second connecting bar 62 , fitting into the first connecting bar 61 and having a joining portion connecting to the joining portion 52 of the base 50 ; and
(c) a securing portion 63 , for securing the first and second connecting bar 61 and 62 .
16 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 13 , wherein connecting bar 60 comprising:
(a) a first connecting bar 61 , having a joining portion 611 and connecting to an end of the second joining portion 335 of the resilience adjustment set 30 ;
(b) a second connecting bar 62 , fitting into the first connecting bar 61 and having a joining portion connecting to the joining portion 52 of the base 50 ; and
(c) a securing portion 63 , for securing the first and second connecting bar 61 and 62 .
17 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 9 , wherein a length of the first and second bar 331 and 332 is different and can alternate correspondingly.
18 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 11 , wherein a length of the first and second bar 331 and 332 is different and can alternate correspondingly.
19 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 12 , wherein a length of the first and second bar 331 and 332 is different and can alternate correspondingly.
20 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 4 , wherein the resilience adjustment set 30 further comprising:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of the first tube 31 and underneath the connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at a lower portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b) a second tube 32 , positioned at a lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(b1) a first joining portion 321 , positioned at an upper end of the second tube 32 and connecting to the joining portion 312 of the first tube 31 ;
(b2) a second joining portion 322 , positioned at the a lower portion of the second tube 32 and connecting to a joining portion 52 of a base 50 ;
(c) a resilient cylinder 33 , penetrating through the first tube 31 and the second tube 32 , comprising:
(c1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylinder and positioned at the an end of the resilient cylinder 33 , having an end penetrating until reaching the bearing of the connecting element 20 ;
(c2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylinder positioned at another end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrating until reaching a bottom portion of the second tube 32 ;
(c3) a first bar 331 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the first joining portion 334 ;
(c4) a second bar 332 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the second joining 335 ; and
(c5) a resilient portion 333 , comprised of a resilient cylinder, having one an end fixed to another end of the first bar 331 and the other end fixed to an end of the second bar 332 .
21 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 20 , wherein a length of the first and second bar 331 and 332 is different and can alternate correspondingly.

A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 10 , wherein a spinner 70 is positioned between the resilience adjustment set 30 and the base 50 ; an upper distal end of the spinner 70 is connected to the lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , and a lower distal end is connected to the joining portion 52 of the base 50 .

A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 12 , wherein a spinner 70 is positioned between the resilience adjustment set 30 and the base 50 ; an upper distal end of the spinner 70 is connected to the lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , and a lower distal end is connected to the joining portion 52 of the base 50 .
24 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 21 , wherein the spinner 70 comprises:
(a) a first joining portion 73 , positioned at an end of the spinner 70 and connecting to the an end of the second joining portion 322 of the resilience adjustment set 30 ;
(b) a second joining portion 74 , positioned at another end of the spinner 70 , connecting to an end of the joining portion 52 of the base 50 ; and
(c) an arm 71 , positioned at a center of the spinner 70 and having a ramp regulator 72 .
25 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 22 , wherein the spinner 70 comprises:
(a) a first joining portion 73 , positioned at an end of the spinner 70 , connecting to an end of the second joining portion 322 of the resilience adjustment set 30 ;
(b) a second joining portion 74 , positioned at another end of the spinner 70 , connecting to an end of the joining portion 52 of the base 50 ; and
(c) an arm 71 , positioned at the center of the spinner 70 and having a ramp regulator 72 .
26 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 8 , wherein the resilience adjustment set 30 further comprises:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of the first tube 31 and underneath the connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at a lower portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b) a resilient cylinder 33 , penetrating through the first tube 31 , and comprising:
(b1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylinder, positioned at the upper an end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having its other end connecting to the joining portion 22 of the connecting element 20 ;
(b2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylinder, positioned at another end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrating until reaching a bottom portion of the second tube 32 ;
(b3) a first bar 331 , comprised of a cylinder, connecting to another end of the first joining portion 334 ;
(b4) a second bar 332 , comprised of a cylinder, connecting to another end of the second joining 335 ; and
(b5) a resilient portion 333 , comprised of a resilient cylinder, having an end fixed to another end of the first bar 331 and another end fixed to the end of the second bar 332 .
27 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 8 , wherein the resilience adjustment set 30 further comprises:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of the first tube 31 and underneath the connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at a lower portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b) a resilient cylinder 33 , penetrating through the first tube 31 and the second tube 32 , comprising:
(b1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylinder, positioned at an upper end of the resilient cylinder 33 and having its other an end connecting to the joining portion 22 of the connecting element 20 ;
(b2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylinder, positioned at a lower end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrate through the bottom portion of the second tube 32 ;
(b3) a first bar 331 , comprised of a cylinder, connecting to another end of the first joining portion 334 ;
(b4) a second bar 332 , comprised of a cylinder, connecting to another end of the second joining 335 ; and
(b5) a resilient portion 333 , comprised of a resilient cylinder, having an end fixed to another end of the first bar 331 and another end fixed to an end of the second bar 332 .
28 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 4 , wherein the resilience adjustment set 30 comprises:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of the first tube 31 and underneath the connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at a lower portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b) a resilient cylinder 33 , penetrating through the first tube 31 and the second tube 32 , comprising:
(b1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylinder, positioned at an end of the resilient cylinder 33 , having an end penetrating through a bottom portion of the connecting element 20 and connecting to a joining portion 113 of the main body 10 ;
(b2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylinder, positioned at another end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrating until reaching and stop at a bottom portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b3) a first bar 331 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the first joining portion 334 ;
(b4) a second bar 332 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the second joining portion 335 ; and
(b5) a resilient portion 333 , comprised of a resilient cylinder, having an end fixed to another end of the first bar 331 and another end fixed to an end of said second bar 332 .
29 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 4 , wherein said resilience adjustment set 30 comprises:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at an upper portion of said resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of said first tube 31 and underneath said connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at a lower portion of said first tube 31 ;
(b) a resilient cylinder 33 , penetrating through said first tube 31 and said second tube 32 , comprising:
(b1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylinder and positioned at an end of said resilient cylinder 33 , having an end penetrating through a bottom portion of said connecting element 20 and connecting to a joining portion 113 of said portion 10 ;
(b2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylinder positioned at another end of said resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrating and passing through a bottom portion of said first tube 31 ;
(b3) a first bar 331 , comprised of a cylinder, connecting to another end of said first joining portion 334 ;
(b4) a second bar 332 , comprised of a cylinder, connecting to another end of said second joining 335 ; and
(b5) a resilient portion 333 , comprised of a resilient cylinder, having an end fixed to another end of said first bar 331 and another end fixed to an end of said second bar 332 .
30 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 4 , wherein the resilience adjustment set 30 comprises:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of the first tube 31 and underneath the connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at a lower portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b) a resilient cylinder 33 , penetrating through the first tube 31 and the second tube 32 , comprising:
(b1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylinder, positioned at an end of the resilient cylinder 33 , having an end penetrating until reaching the bearing 23 of the connecting element 20 ;
(b2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylinder, positioned at another end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrating until reaching a bottom portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b3) a first bar 331 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the first joining portion 334 ;
(b4) a second bar 332 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the second joining portion 335 ; and
(b5) a resilient portion 333 , comprised of a resilient cylinder, having an end fixed to another end of the first bar 331 and another end fixed to an end of said second bar 332 .
31 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience, comprising:
(a) a main body 10 ; a connecting element 20 with a bowl or plate shaped lower portion, and an upper portion connected to a lower portion of the main body 10 , and connecting element 20 has a bearing positioned at an inner bottom portion; (b) a resilience adjustment set 30 , having an arch opening at a top portion and an inner portion penetrating through the bearing 23 to connect to a lower portion of the connecting element 20 ; and (c) a base 50 , having a joining portion 52 at an upper end and connecting to a lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 .
32 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according claim 31 , wherein the bearing is a thrust bearing, hemispherical or a circular structure.
33 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 32 , wherein the base 50 can have at least one weighing object 51 positioned in an inner portion or above thereof.
34 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 33 , wherein the main body 10 comprises:
(a) a central bar 11 , comprised of a hollow cylinder comprising:
(a1) a plurality of grooves 111 , positioned at the two symmetrical sides thereof;
(a2) a plurality of S grooves 112 positioned at the two symmetrical sides of grooves 111 ; and

(b) an adjusting tube 12 , comprised of a hollow cylinder tubing around the central bar 111 , having a plurality of protrusions 121 at the two symmetrical sides thereof; the protrusion 121 is buckling to a part of the S groove 112 ;
(c) a punching object 13 , comprised of a foaming material, comprising:
(c1) a third punching element 133 , comprised of a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned around a lower side of the adjusting tube 12 ;
(c2) at least one second punching element 132 , comprised of a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned around an upper portion of the third punching element 133 ;
(c3) a first punching element 131 , comprised of a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned around the adjusting tube 12 and positioned above the second punching element 132 ;
(c4) a top portion 134 , comprised of a cylinder fitting into an inner side of the first punching element 131 and positioned above the adjusting tube 12 ; and
(d) a guard 14 , comprised of a hollow structure, comprised of a soft material, positioned around the punching element 13 .
35 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 33 , wherein the main body 10 comprises:
(a) a central bar 11 , comprised of a hollow cylinder, comprising:
(a1) a plurality of grooves 111 positioned at the two symmetrical sides;
(a2) a plurality of S grooves 112 positioned at the two symmetrical sides of the grooves 111 ; and
(a3) a joining portion 113 positioned at a lower portion of the central bar 11 ;
(b) an adjusting tube 12 , comprised of a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned around the central bar 11 , having a plurality of protrusions 121 at the two symmetrical sides thereof, and the protrusion 121 buckling to a part of the S groove 112 ;
(c) a punching object 13 , comprised of an inflating material, comprised of a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned around the side of the adjusting tube and comprising a nozzle 135 ; and
(d) a guard 14 , comprised of a hollow structure and comprised of a soft material, positioned around the punching element 13 .
36 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 33 , wherein the main body 10 comprises:
(a) a central bar 11 , comprised of a hollow cylinder comprising a joining portion 113 positioned at a lower portion of the central bar 11 ;
(b) a punching object 13 , comprised of a foaming material, comprising;
(b1) a third punching element 133 , comprised of a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned around a lower side of the adjusting tube 12 ;
(b2) at least one second punching element 132 , comprised of a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned around an upper portion of the third punching element 133 ;
(b3) a first punching element 131 , comprised of a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned around the adjusting tube 12 and positioned above the second punching element 132 ;
(b4) a top portion 134 , comprised of a cylinder fitting into an inner side of the first punching element 131 and positioned above the adjusting tube 12 ; and
(c) a guard 14 , comprised of a hollow structure and comprised of a soft material, and positioned around the punching element 13 .
37 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 33 , wherein the main body 10 comprises:
(a) a central bar 11 , comprised of a hollow cylinder comprising a joining portion 113 positioned at a lower portion of the central bar 11 ;
(b) a punching object 13 , comprised of an inflating material, a hollow cylinder concentrically positioned around the side of the adjusting tube and a nozzle 135 ; and
(c) a guard 14 , hollow and comprised of a soft material, positioned around the punching element 13 .
38 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 34 , wherein the resilience adjustment set 30 comprises:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of the first tube 31 and underneath the connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at a lower portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b) a second tube 32 , positioned at a lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(b1) a first joining portion 321 , positioned at an upper end of the second tube 32 and fitting into the joining portion 312 of the first tube 31 ;
(b2) a second joining portion 322 , positioned at a lower portion of the second tube 32 and connecting to a joining portion 52 of a base 50 ;
(c) a resilient cylinder 33 , penetrating through the first tube 31 and the second tube 32 , comprising:
(c1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylinder and positioned at an end of the resilient cylinder 33 , having an end connecting to the second joining portion 22 of the connecting element 20 ;
(c2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylinder positioned at another end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrating until reaching the bottom portion of the second tube 32 ;
(c3) a first bar 331 , comprised of a cylinder, connecting to another end of first joining portion 334 ;
(c4) a second bar 332 , comprised of a cylinder, connecting to another end of the second joining 335 ; and
(c5) a resilient portion 333 ; comprised of a resilient cylinder, having an end fixed to another end of the first bar 331 and another end fixed to an end of the second bar 332 .
39 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 34 , wherein the resilience adjustment set 30 comprises:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of the first tube 31 and underneath the connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at a lower portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b) a second tube 32 , positioned at a lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 and having a first joining portion 321 at an upper portion connecting to the joining portion 312 of the first tube 31 , comprising:
(c) a resilient element 33 , penetrating through the first tube 31 and the second tube 32 , the resilient element 33 comprising:
(c1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylinder and positioned at an end of the resilient cylinder 33 , having an end penetrating a bottom portion of the connecting element 20 and connecting to the joining portion 113 of the main body 10 ;
(c2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylinder positioned at another end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrating until reaching a bottom portion of the second tube 32 ;
(c3) a first bar 331 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the first joining portion 334 ;
(c4) a second bar 332 , comprised of a cylinder connecting to another end of the second joining 335 ; and
(c5) a resilient portion 333 , comprised of a resilient cylinder, having an end fixed to another end of the first bar 331 and another end fixed to an end of the second bar 332 .
40 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 39 , wherein a connecting bar 60 is positioned between the resilience adjustment set 30 and base 50 ; an upper distal end of the connecting bar 60 is connected to the lower portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , and a lower distal end is connected to the joining portion 52 of the base 50 .
41 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 40 , wherein the connecting bar 60 comprises:
(a) a first connecting bar 61 , having a joining portion 611 and connecting to an end of the second joining portion 335 of the resilience adjustment set 30 ;
(b) a second connecting bar 62 , fitting into the first connecting bar 61 and having a joining portion connecting to the joining portion 52 of the base 50 ; and
(c) a securing portion 63 , for securing the first and second connecting bar 61 and 62 .
42 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 38 , wherein the length of the first and second bar 331 and 332 is different and can alternate correspondingly.
43 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 39 , wherein a length of the first and second bar 331 and 332 is different and can alternate correspondingly.
44 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 39 , wherein a length of the first and second bar 331 and 332 is different and can alternate correspondingly.

(b) a second joining portion 74 , positioned at another end of the spinner 70 and connected to an end of the joining portion 52 of the base 50 ; and
(c) an arm 71 , positioned at the center of the spinner 70 and having a ramp regulator 72 .
46 . A fighting trainer with a hinderer amplitude of oscillation and resilience according to claim 34 , wherein the resilience adjustment set 30 further comprises:
(a) a first tube 31 , positioned at an upper portion of the resilience adjustment set 30 , comprising:
(a1) an arch portion 311 , positioned at an upper portion of the first tube 31 and underneath the connecting element 20 ;
(a2) a joining portion 312 , positioned at alower portion of the first tube 31 ;
(b) a resilient cylinder 33 , penetrating through the first tube 31 and the second tube 32 , and comprising:
(b1) a first joining portion 334 , comprised of a cylinder and positioned at an end of the resilient cylinder 33 , having an end penetrating though a bottom portion of the element 20 and connecting to the joining portion 113 of the main body 10 ;
(b2) a second joining portion 335 , comprised of a cylinder, positioned at another end of the resilient cylinder 33 , and having one end penetrating until reaching the bottom portion of the second tube 32 ;
