Document management system, document management method, and storage medium

Abstract

In a document management system according to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent a leakage of information, in a case where a copy of a document is transferred to a media, a deletion processing with respect to the document is disabled. Then, in a case where it is confirmed that document leakage is not performed from the media, the deletion processing with respect to the document from the media is canceled.

1 . A program stored in a removable medium storing a document, the program comprising code for causing a computer to execute a process comprising:
 a determining step of determining whether a print screen is instructed by a user while the document is displayed; and   a saving step of saving, in a case that a print screen is instructed by the user, a history indicating that a print screen is instructed by the user on the removable medium.   
     
     
         2 . The program according to  claim 1 , wherein the document is an encrypted document, the process further comprising:
 a requesting step of requesting an input of a password;   a decrypting step of decrypting the document in a case that a correct password is input; and   a displaying step of displaying the decrypted document on a screen.   
     
     
         3 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium saving a program for instructing a computer to execute the program according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         4 . A document management system comprising:
 a document management device configured to store a document, the document management device comprising:   a saving unit configured to save the document on a removable medium after the removable medium is mounted to the device;   a disabling unit configured to disable deletion of the document on the document management device until the removable medium is mounted to the device again; and   an information processing apparatus comprising:   a displaying unit configured to display the document on a screen;   a determining unit configured to determine whether a print screen is instructed by a user while the document is displayed; and   a saving unit configured to save, in a case that a print screen is instructed by the user, a history indicating that a print screen is instructed by the user on the removable medium.   
     
     
         5 . A computer comprising:
 a displaying unit configured to display a document on a screen,   an accepting unit configured to accept a user's instruction of a print screen, and   a saving unit configured to save, in a case that the user's instruction of a print screen is accepted while the document is displayed, information indicating that a print screen is instructed as an operation history for the document.   
     
     
         6 . A computer comprising:
 a displaying unit configured to display a document on a screen, and   a saving unit configured to save, in a case that the user's instruction of a print screen is accepted while the document is displayed, information indicating that a print screen is instructed as an instruction history for the document.   
     
     
         7 . A method comprising:
 displaying a document on a screen; and   saving, in a case that the user's instruction of a print screen is accepted while the document is displayed, information indicating that a print screen is instructed as an instruction history for the document.   
     
     
         8 . A program for instructing a computer according to  claim 7 . 
     
     
         9 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium saving a program for instructing a computer to execute the method according to  claim 7 . 
     
     
         10 . A computer comprising:
 a displaying unit configured to display a document on a screen, and   a saving unit configured to save, in a case that an operation of a print screen is performed while the document is displayed, information indicating that an operation of a print screen is performed as an operation history for the document.   
     
     
         11 . A method comprising:
 displaying a document on a screen; and   saving, in a case that an operation of a print screen is performed while the document is displayed, information indicating that an operation of a print screen is performed as an operation history for the document.

         13 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium saving a program for instructing a computer to execute of the method according to  claim 11 .
